It was like a drug house . Roaches, barking dogs everywhere. I have never stayed in a worse place. It was like pit bulls and parolees everywhere. There was no service for my three day stay.

Great service, very nice room

Hotel has done some upgrades since I stayed last. New paint, new floors. Furniture is old and needs replacing especially the sitting chairs which look and are very dirty. Improvements in sink area would be good. (faucets are sometimes tricky to get cold or hot water.) TV sometimes takes a few minutes to get on and change channels ( also a channel guide would be nice). Room numbers are impossible to see unless you get out of your car and walk right up to them.

My husband and I checked in and were given a hotel room key that was actually another guests room that was still occupied. The hotel is outdated and the rooms are just basic it looks nothing like the photos online . The staff is not professional and all we got was a sorry and no solution… will not stay here again

They didn't let me stay because I was a "local". They said if you lived with in thirty miles you can't stay. I already had my reservation for at least 3 days. This wasn't on the website. I found a better place. They're awful for doing that to someone expecting to have a room.

Too many dogs. Barking constantly. We saw one woman take 5 large dogs out of her room. The other problem was loud & rude guests allowing their children to roam around unsupervised. One child looked to be about 7 years old was talking to strangers and riding her bicycle around the courtyard at midnight! Seems that there were quite a few people living full time at the hotel.

The check in process was amazing! The front desk lady was great! Very welcoming, knew her job well, and was very pleasant and kind. The ONLY issue I had was there was no remote for the tv when I entered. She called maintenance and he tried several different remotes from other rooms and none would work. After several calls to his boss and a couple hours of my alone time before bed I called the front to ask if I might receive some sort of discount or something and just forget the tv as I needed to be left alone. She said something about “putting in for a discount” which probably means no. The maintenance guy kept coming back. I explained that I had called and to just go ahead and let it be, that I could watch you YouTube on my phone. He didn’t pick up what I was saying and kept at it. By the time he got it working I a just wanted to lay down and watch some videos on my phone and go to sleep. Other than that, the room was as clean as possible (it’s an older hotel), a beautiful king size bed that was extremely comfortable. Wonderful cool and soft sheets. Everything was arranged beautifully and very comfortable. I only needed the room for roughly 8 hours or so but it was worth it. Highly recommend. Oh! I was poolside so had a gorgeous view both before bed and in the morning.

This was a wonderful property when built…it had all amenities. The pool area was like a resort! Today, the property needs a little extra love to bring it back to its glory! I appreciate the property allows pets!

Only here for one night so can't really make a great assessment, however the one night was pretty decent. It's a good location close to everything. It's not far from Tarpon Springs. They have plenty of room so if you were towing something you could park.
