We were so lucky to have Vince and Nicole and the whole staff. Half of our family was here for the Bills game but myself and daughter were not. We were at the hotel early and they were amazing getting us into a room. My 5 year old was pretty chill in the walls of room and my sanity was saved. The rooms were updated and clean. The staff were kind and easy to approach. They were always really on top of any ask we had and we have no complaints! The stay was great.

We had a one bedroom suite for 4 people. Our room was newly renovated and it was beautiful. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. The only downside was the indoor pool. It was cloudy and the air was so thick with a chemical smell that we decided not to risk it. Aside from that, terrific!

There was really anything I didn’t like. I wish the TV had a mounting option that would allow you to watch it while lying in bed. Very awkward setup.

The people at the front desk, when we first got there, were very helpful and quite nice! Breakfast was ok and the location was good for shopping and getting on the highway quickly.

Liked pretty much everything with the exception of the laundry facilities. Most washers not draining properly and some dryers didn't thoroughly dry the clothes

The room was very nice. The only real complaint would be the sofa and chairs we found uncomfortable to sit on. The sofa was difficult to get out of. They really need to be replaced. It's definitely showing it's age. There were 5 of us staying in the room and we really liked the space the room offered. The front desk was very helpful and the breakfast was very good, a nice variety. Would stay there again & hopefully by then they would have replaced the sofa.

Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Bed linens and towels were fresh and clean. Kitchen area has basics for meal making. Check in was easy

Last year I was very pleased with our accommodations which is why I booked the same hotel this year. Our bed, kitchen, and bathroom were great. The couch was not comfortable and clearly needed to be replaced. No lights worked because of burnt out light bulbs. We took the bulbs to the front desk but they informed us that they had no access to the maintenance closet so we would have to wait until the next day for replacements. We had to take the one working bulb and move it from one lamp to another in order to have light where we needed it. The breakfast was good with many options to choose from. Heck out was easy. For the price we paid this year I expected everything to be top notch. I am having second thoughts about booking it again next year.

Lobby was neat and clean, front desk friendly and knowledgeable.
Nice size room with kitchen area. Bed wasn’t too bad, a little harder than we like but that’s personal preference. The room we were in could use a little help from maintenance. Nothing serious just a couple little things.
Breakfast looked good, but we just grabbed a couple pastries and hit the road.
We’d stay again.

The hotel smell terribly of cigarette smoke. The fold out couch was dingy and smelled of mildew. The staff were courteous, breakfast was great, and we had no other issues. The major problem was the fact that all of us at headaches during our stage really strong odor of cigarettes.

We got upgraded from a 1 bdrm to a 2 bdrm suite which was nice and the room was very clean and spacious. I will say the carpets are awful and look raggedy should be replaced but other than that the beds and everything were super nice. The breakfast was ok and the hotel overall looks very nice. Theres not much around the hotel though for eating so you gotta travel around a bit. It wasn’t too far from our destination which was Highmark Stadium so that was nice.

Everything was great, until I turned on the air conditioner and it didn't work. We waited about an hour for the room to cool, but it remained 77 degrees the entire time. We called the front desk and he was pleasant enough and came up to fix it. Here's where it gets bad, turns out the unit was frozen, so he turned it off and asked that we wait an hour for it to defrost and he'd be back, but he never came back. So I called and it took another 15 minutes for him to arrive, at which point he removes the filter and says he'll be back again. We waited an hour and he hasn't come back so I call the office again, and he comes back and says it's fixed. He turns it back on and it cools for about 15 minutes then stops.
By now I'm pretty upset and call down again at which point he tells me he can move us to another suite. It's now 9:00pm, we're all showered and in our pj's and we have to move from the 6th floor to the 2nd floor. Why the hell didn't he just move us when I first called down to complain?
