環境挺好的

這個地方的一切都很棒！他們有很多游泳池，他們總是在前台接聽電話。儘管度假村很大，但很容易獲得毛巾！他們為您提供了很大的幫助，並為附近的海洋世界和水上樂園提供超值優惠。

不推薦給其他人家庭度假。組織得不好。度假村很大，你必須先到正門才能乘坐 Uber 或 Lfyt 的車。我沒有開車，但對於開車的人來說，停車位似乎很擁擠。

房間非常非常喜歡這裡的設施……相對於空間和房間的大小來說，價格非常合理。我一定會再預訂❤️❤️

喜歡 7 個泳池。孩子喜歡「跳池」。不喜歡水上樂園不包括在內。我們一家九口，每人 20 美元，因為那個小小的水上樂園不值得。如果它包含在我們的住宿中（就像我們住的其他西門一樣），我們會留在現場，但有軍事折扣，去 Aquatica 更便宜，而且他們有更多的滑梯和孩子們可以做的事情。另外 3 個家庭也去了 Aquatica，我們都說了同樣的話，如果包括的話我們會住在西門水上樂園。

有度假費，5 天 125 美元……我們沒有使用酒店內的任何東西。也不喜歡你的隔壁鄰居可以把你鎖在門外！晚上 1130 點，我們和 2 個孩子被鎖在門外…不得不等到保全來讓我們進去！這種情況發生了 3 次！顯然鄰居之間的公共門可以被鎖，你的卡片不能讓你進去！ ！對於兩個年幼的孩子來說，這是令人沮喪、不方便且非常令人不安的。房間不提供每日清潔服務。我們住得很不愉快。

我想喜歡這個度假村。我們收到的房間大小的價格以及靠近會議中心是吸引我預訂這家酒店的原因。然而，有幾件事導致這次住宿遠不如預期。首先，我們的房間非常骯髒。浴室的浴缸、淋浴間和每個電燈開關上都有一層層的黏稠物。我們的門關得不夠牢，連我都覺得安全。它讓風、光和大量噪音持續不斷地進入。通往六樓（我們房間所在的地方）的電梯感覺過時、骯髒，每次我們嘗試使用它時都感覺像是一場**。我們在辦理入住時收到的「方便」資訊包中提供的資訊均不正確。由於我的團隊整個週末都在會議上長時間工作，我們認為「提供送貨」的現場餐廳將是最簡單的食物來源。根據網站以及包裹和房間中的信息，所有這些餐廳都在晚上 11 點關門，我們連續幾個晚上嘗試在晚上 9 點左右點餐，但沒有成功。事實證明，所有的電話號碼都完全不正確，而且我們在整個旅程中都無法從這些地方獲得任何食物。在這一切過程中，與我們互動的工作人員（除了大廳咖啡店裡可愛的女士們）都很粗魯，並且不斷貶低我的聚會，因為他們不知道正確的時間/資訊。 我想寫更多關於這次旅行的內容，但我的評論超出了允許的字元範圍。

不知道為什麼我看到這個地方有這麼多 3/5 星的評論。我的房間（或者我應該說公寓）非常棒。它有我什至沒有意識到的便利設施（洗衣機和烘乾機）。與我打交道的工作人員總是很友好和樂於助人。我將來肯定會再留在這裡。

不錯的酒店，非常乾淨，工作人員友好，雖然有點過時。辦理入住手續時，他不喜歡被告知投資該房產的銷售宣傳。餐廳的食物和/或飲料服務很慢……等了一個多小時才拿到一個披薩！

讀完評論後，我擔心我們會因為分時度假而受到困擾，但這並沒有發生。我收到了 1 條短信，僅此而已。酒店很棒，我們會回去，只是希望他們為成人夜生活添加一些物品

Rooms were average… could have been a little Cleaner as there were some dust balls And hair in corners and bathroom… Parking was atrocious!!! The section that I stayed in (500 building) has no shuttle pick up or drop off Extremely inconvenient. Restaurant that served breakfast closed 30 mins early without notice so we couldn’t eat.

When we first arrived the room was dirty; my daughter took off her shoes and within 5 minutes her socks were black and she put her face on the screen and her face was black. The AC didn’t work which in Florida is bad. The staff responded pretty quickly when we reported it the next day. The beds were super uncomfortable. Room service doesn’t start until 5 but no one tells you that. Drafts is there go to place for food and it wasn’t great with an excessively long wait time. You also cannot reach the restaurant until nighttime. I tried to get breakfast and 15 minutes before closing they come and tell us the kitchen was already closed and it’s the only place to get breakfast at the place. Then we get something to go and they forgot half of our order but we couldn’t reach them to tell them so we had to walk all the way back to get the rest and they already discarded it so we had to walk all the way back with nothing or wait an additional 20 minutes to cook it. The door to our villa but not our actual room was constantly open- not sure what that was about but every time we go into our private room, it was a little concerning not knowing who could have opened the door into the suite. The marketplace has some good stuff and most of the staff were nice. All bars close at 9pm so to be on vacation, it doesn’t feel like a vacation unless you come stocked to party yourself. Just not great- will never stay there again.

Received a phone call to my room at 9am trying to sell me a welcome package and asked my marital status. When I approached the front desk about this, they were not aware that phone calls were being made to guest rooms. Internet did not work even after troubleshooting with the help desk. stains on the bed sheets. I returned back to the property in an Uber last night and the security guard was very rude and asked "can I help you? what is that car doing there" I said that I am a guest and I am headed to my room...and that the car is an uber that dropped me off. I was dressed in a suit and the security guard was being very rude and unwelcoming.

Todo estuvo bien el unico problema que tuvimos que a media noche empezo a liquiar el baño de arriba y toda el agua empezo a caer en el baño y nosotros ya estabamos durmiendo mi esposo tubo que caminar asta la oficina para que llegara alguien a ver lo que estaba pasando eso estuvo bien el problema fue que dijo el que llego a ver lo de el baño que nos tenian que mover de cuarto nos llamaron los de resepcion que nos ivan a mandar la llave para que nos fueramos a otra avitacion a todo esto esperando por la llave casi una hora y nada a todo esto era la 1 de la mañana casi y tuvimos que hechar todo al carro e ir a la oficina y ahi no tenian nada listo si me moleste por la hora y a ellos como que no les importo ese fue el unico problema que tuvimos de ahi lo demas todo bien
