The room was spacious enough for the three of us. Because the room provided a sofa bed, we all had a bed to sleep on. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The interior design of the hotel and the room overall was esthetically pleasing. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

One morning service at breakfast was poor. No hot food available. Manager finally got involved.

Lighting inside was too dim. The water drainage at the sink was poor.

Very friendly staff, quiet, and clean. Close to lots of shopping, food, and activities

The room and bath was excellent. Very comfortable. It was nice to have refrigerator. Very nice suite.

This property was very clean, quiet and conviently located in Kenosha WI! If you get to stay here, please try the Brat Stop for a meal!

The front desk check in woman was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean and spacious.

Loved the two queen room and the great layout. Very friendly staff. Breakfast had adequate options and I appreciated that when we arrived the tables were being cleaned. Only downside is the pool is very small and I didn’t realize prior to arriving there was no hot tub. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

My husband and I stayed at 7 different hotels throughout our 10 day trip. Springhill was the nicest of all of them. It was very clean and roomy with a great shower and delicious breakfast.
