早餐不錯，衹是不換樣的，另外酒店不容許用燒水壺的

The best thing was the parking. It was clean but beds were uncomfortable. The water pressure in the room was horrible. It either went hot or cold with a dribble. Nothing could be done as I was only staying one night hopefully they fix it. It could be noisy as the wall are thin depending on how busy it is. Breakfast was good.

객실..전반적으로 깨끗했음.. 수영장도 작지만...청결상태 좋음. 조식은.....종류가 너무 부족... 커피.오렌지쥬스도 유료ㅡㅡ 룸서비스 치킨윙을 시켰는데...사이드 야채가 너무 오래됨ㅡㅡ 윙은 맛있었음..^^

Have stayed here multiple times now. Always a clean and comfortable hotel with a convenient location across from the mall and TCU Place, quick to access the city from Idylwyld. Lots of parking options, on site parkade is limited by max height

We enjoyed the friendliness of this property. Location worked well for our appointments. Dining was excellent with great options and reasonable prices. Bread pudding was recommended by a guest. We have never had it before. It was an excellent sharing dish. Their breakfast for $10.00 ea additional with stay was amazing! Would highly recommend

Upon arrival the system was down and we were unable to check in to our room. We waited over an hour in the lobby before being able to check in; only to see that they have all the room cards and previously booked guests reservations ready prior to the system going down. They only offered free parking for the inconvenience, however because I was reserved through ******* I could not be reimbursed.

Staff are pleasent besides the one fellow who had checked us in. I had never been treated that horribly in my entire life. That man needs to be talked to, he shamed me for things that were out of my control, he also ridiculed me based on my appearance and was also quiet rude to my partner. As long as he’s there, i won’t be returning to this hotel.

Stayed on the top floor suite. We expected a pool table in the room and there wasn’t. Front desk said “we get what’s left” as most of the suites come with a piano and only one with a pool table. Then the livingroom remotes and phones were not working. The thermostat needed a battery change. The fireplace was not working and was making a very noticeably loud humming sound all night. Front desk didn’t do anything when I called them (from my personal cell as the phones in the room were dead). I feel like if you’re trying to sell a classy suite everything should work as expected and this was very less-than.

Check in was awkward as member was not helpful with reservation and language was an issue. Blinds did bot work in our room allowing too much light and waking us up at 5am.

over all the stay was quite good. Only problem was breakfast at the restaurant. Cost was way too high for the "buffet". I got the same thing at Days Inns included with the room.

Many security measures are present but it takes awhile to understand each. The high rise parking has no numbering system including the floor number at the parking garage doors. Someone needs to explain upon checking in.

Walking distance to TCU, wasn’t a thing I didn’t like! Extended my parking which was so nice!

This hotel is clean and convenient to the TCU and Midtown Shopping Mall. Lots of good restaurants walking distance as well.
