定的海景大床房，視野是蠻好的。 服務很棒！餐廳食物也還行！ 早餐自助每天不重樣，好評呢！ 因為自己是潛水行程，每天基本上都是匆忙趕路，停下來在酒店的日光就倍感美好！！ 友情提示，注意蚊蟲叮咬，我在房間被不知名蟲子咬了還蠻結棍的！！

不好 從環境到服務 服務員服務不咋地不説強要小費 隱形消費很多 停車一晚400peso check out 的時候額外再收500多的服務費 也不知道服務費哪裡來的

Service at reception/ lobby is fantastic, helpful and friendly. Also at the pool, staff tries to do their best as many people order and I think they need more staff to service everyone. However, at the restaurant ‘La cocina’ for breakfast as well as Dinner at the Sushi restaurant: service was pretty slow, even some dishes were forgotten and we had cancelled, some food arrived cold — needs to improve the table service. I didn’t appreciate that most of the weekly activities scheduled needed extra $. Need proper beach place to walk along. Is fun they have an arcade for extra entertainment.

有史以來最差的酒店！！！！房間清潔不佳，圖片中的水療中心很棒但實際上超級臟需要更多照顧在便利設施中......海灘我這麼小而且到處都是人在預訂這家酒店之前三思而後行這個價格留在坎昆酒店區更好的海景，更好的海灘，而且距離機場不遠，距離機場 15 分鐘......這家凱悅酒店距離機場 1 小時，而且在前往著名的“瑪雅火車”途中的所有建築的路上“

Un hotel muy bonito, en todo momento estuvimos cómodos. Nos agradó bastante las atenciones que tenían los trabajadores del hotel en general, pero especialmente los chicos que llevan acabo las actividades del hotel, Gio, Rafael y Odette. Muy dinámicas tus actividades y atentos. También tuvimos muy buena atención del maestro de Yoga Ángel.

El Hotel es super bonito y moderno, pero para ser Hyatt me decepcionó la calidad de la comida, normalmente me encanta la comida de los Hyatt, he estado en GDL y USA y es muy diferente, hay algunas áreas del hotel olvidadas y se ven feas como las camas y camastros de la playa, los precios de las bebidas en Room Service son excesivos, en la parte buena el servicio y el personal son excelentes, las instalaciones en general son increíbles en especial el Spa

We stayed at this property for two nights during our 1st anniversary weekend. The hotel is located within walking distance to 5ta Avenida where you can find multiple options to eat, shop and entertain. The cocktails on the lobby bar are AWESOME. The bartenders Jorge and Manuel surprised us with some great cocktail creations and made us fun stories. We had a good time there.

Loved the property but staff needs work in dining areas. Waitress at breakfast started cleaning and setting up tables after we gave our order, had to constantly track someone down. Prices were insanely expense (even though we were all inclusive), menu options were very limited and the only thing we liked was the tuna sashimi at the sushi bar. Saki was extra at a sushi bar? Selections at the grill were extremely limited but good and staff there was the best. Would never do all inclusive there again. Walk a block and tons of better choices and quality.

This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at with my family. They refused to accommodate you if you have kids. There was a ******* Hotel manager that was taking pictures of my wife and kids. And when I confronted him he became startled and said he will erase them immediately. They wouldn’t allow us to eat fruits by the pool area unless we paid them extra money. We felt completely unsafe to be there with my family. I will never ever travel back there again. They were even charging me bogus made up charges, thinking that it’s in Pesos and I wouldn’t realize. You need to check all their charges. Overall horrible experience!

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 3 nights for our anniversary, and we couldn't have been happier. The resort is beautiful and filled with smiling and helpful staff. It is walking distance to everything. They have different activities for the guests everyday. We had an amazing experience. Thank you to all the staff for making it happened!

L’hôtel est très beau, bien placé. Le personnel est attentionné et compétent. Notre chambre front de mer était magnifique. Seul bémol, l’hôtel n’a pas vraiment de plage mais un bout de sable et la mer n’est pas la plus belle de playa. A part ça je recommande !

La vista y el restaurante muy bueno. Mal olor en elevadores y corredores de habitaciones. Se fue la luz me quede 30 minutos en el elevador. Deberia tener planta de luz .

Un hotel excelente en todos los aspectos, desde su ubicación, la playa preciosa, sus habitaciones amplias y limpias, todo excelente, lo único q si les falto es q el area de juegos de adolescentes lo cierran muy temprano (5pm) deberían considerar tenerlo aperturado un poco más de tiempo
