Nice hotel and very friendly staff- the room was clean and overall it was a really pleasant experience in a safe location .

Friendly very professional! Spumelele always with a beautiful smile! She recommended the lamb stew,it was amazing it sure reminded of my mama stew! Great place to have dinner and relax,if future trips arrive I’ll be staying at this friendly hotel Thanks J Seattle Wa.

The room is so homely and the restaurant and bar service is outstanding. We had a problem with our Prokard and the Manager Ms Connie Phakathi gave us all her time to assist until we successfully downloaded our recent Prokard form.Otherwise we would have forfeited our discount voucher. Thank you very much Sister Connie and continue care for others. We will definitely make this hotel our home far away from Limpopo Province.

Unglaublich zuvorkommende Belegschaft, eine fähige Küche, ein gutes Bett, eine heiße Dusche und einen ordentlichen Arbeitsplatz. Darüber hinaus ein Innenhof mit Pool und die direkte Nähe zu vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Die Anbindung an die M1 ist gut und viele Tourismus Angebote holen direkt am Hotel ab mit einem Shuttle Service. Für mich exakt was ich erhofft habe.

I was twice this year on medical conferences. First time my room I checked in was unkempt, This time , whole night was disturbed by unruly people screening, laughing and shouting whole night. No reaction from hotel. Not recommended. Food was OK.

Bel établissement dans quartier commercial très sécurisé mais le soir c'est mort (pour info). Isolation entre chambres assez moyenne mais le petit déjeuner est somptueux est très complet (limite brunch). Dans mon cas, si je devais revenir, je choisirais le quartier de Rosebank, plus actif et populaire.

Excelente atendimento do pessoal. Boa comida. Bar excelente. Vários elevadores. Local em frente a várias concessionárias de marca chic. Rolls Royce, BMW, etc. Bairro seguro com bares, lojas, etc. Muito bom mesmo. Dá pra tirar muita foto.

Tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Team - jederzeit wieder! Zimmer sind modern & gut ausgestattet inklusive Safe. Frühstück bietet eine grosse Auswahl. Schöne Poolanlage mit Liegestühlen. Melrose Arch ist eine sichere, saubere Gegend.

Hotel nella zona di Merlos arch. Non molto grande ben curato e pulito. Camera enorme con tutto il necessario. Personale sempre molto gentile e attento . Comodo per breve passeggiata nei dintorni con diversi ristoranti di cucina internazionale e locale a breve distanza. Consiglio

3 of us came here on a work trip, and all of us said the same. Broken toilet - The fix was it dripping all night - Lack of towels in the room, pretty poor breakfast, rooms are really badly laid out with a shower in the room. The service at the bar is absolutely dreadful. The staff couldn't be less interested in serving you. When I checked out and was asked (half heartedly) how was your stay....I expressed how poor it was. "The manager will contact you and, yes I will email you the bill".....I am still waiting for both. Very Very Poor....! I am surprised Emirates Staff stay there - maybe they experience better service.
