I can't say enough good things about this hotel and staff! From the moment of booking until arrival, they keep in touch with you for any changes you may have. Fast and friendly check-in. House keeping is excellent. Rooms are extremely clean. The location is the best to me! You're within walking distance to restaurants, activities and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying again in the near future.

I was pleasently surprised by this motel. The staff were so nice at check‐in. The rooms were cozy and very clean. My only con is that the doors need new locks. It was impossible to lock my door from the outside using the key. But all-in-all this would definitely be somewherre i would stay again.

Property and room were clean. Enjoyed the rocking chair outside the room, even though it was cold outside. The staff were very friendly and the fresh coffee 24/7 was nice. Enjoyed dinner at the BBQ place next door.

Family owned and very friendly. Our room was cleaned while we were out, which was great. Most places don’t do that any more!

Customer service was amazing from start to finish. They offer coffee and snacks free of charge in the office. The rooms were decorated very cozy, and have the most comfortable chairs ever. I would call their decor style more rustic than the new modern places, but that’s what we prefer and it feels more like home. This will definitely be our go-to place when we are in town! Very reasonable and well worth every dollar.

The room is rustic. Very clean and everything you need it there. They have a food and drink station 24 hrs a day FREE. The people in the office are extremely friendly and will do anything to accommodate you. Same with cleaning people. The FREE popcorn really is the best I have ever tasted. Two sisters own this place- and they work there! Didn’t hit the pool or spa- to cold outside- but they are both heated and the even have a handicap swing by the pool if needed. Will not be looking for any other hotel in Pigeon Forge!

Easy access to everything. Very nice staff and very accommodating.Rem8nds me of the me of my parents motel years ago.

This motel is a good old fashioned, pull up to your room kind of place. Nothing fancy but the beds were comfy, the room was clean, and the staff were exceedingly friendly and accommodating. We loved it.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We came on our annual girls trip! The staff was extremely friendly, the location was perfect, and the rooms were quite nice! We will definitely be staying there again!
