If you are looking for comfort, delicious food, friendly staff and hustles and bustles of a busy beach resorts and yet want to have peace and quiet then I recommend NOVOTEL HOTEL RESORT & SPA at Candolim, Goa. From the moment we entered the hotel to the time we departed after 10 days of stay at the hotel we experienced nothing but service with professionalism and smile. Checking in and checking out of the hotel was seamless. Breakfast menu catered for Eastern and Western tastes. We were well looked after by Subhadra, Rahul and Francis. Lobby bar had good choice of drinks and Mamta was very helpful and looked after us very well. Our room was very well serviced by Sudhansu. Although I have mentioned few names but every staff we came into contact with were friendly and supportive. Such an excellent customer experience can only happen with a teamwork. My hats off to staff and management for such teamwork. The hotel has a good location, 10 - 15 mins walk to main Candolim Beach where you would find some excellent shacks serving, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, seafood dishes and other non-veg food. If you visit the Candolim beach then try Bobby's shack, Shining Star shack and the Boat shack. There are also very good restaurants near the hotel serving budget and expensive food. Try the Little Hut and restaurant which is only a few minutes walk from Novotel Hotel Resort and Spa. I would also recommend you visit Tomato's and Vaddo15 restaurants. Please note there are 2 Novotel Hotels in Candolim; one is just Novotel Hotel while the one I reviewed is Novotel Resort & SPA. They are aporoxmately 10 minutes walk apart.

Accueil minimaliste, informations griffonnées sur la fiche d’entrée limitée aux horaires des restaurants et piscine. Aucune information sur la localisation des services (piscine, restaurants, spa…). Verre de bienvenue consistant en 2 mini bouteilles d’eau négligemment données. La première impression est donc très médiocre pour un hôtel qui revendique 5 étoiles. La chambre (superior king room 123) est grande, tout comme la salle de bain avec belle douche à l’italienne. Bonne literie. La ventilation de la salle de bain est malheureusement très bruyante et ne peut pas être arrêtée (Signalé à la réception mais pas d'action). Beau buffet de petit déjeuner, grande variété de choix en plat indiens, mais aussi en viennoiseries. Personnel du petit-déjeuner attentif et accueillant. Grand jardin ombragé de vieux arbres, grande piscine avec espace enfant et jacuzzi (pas chauffé). Malheureusement la musique de la piscine s’entend dans les chambres. Certains points d’entretien et de service sont à revoir ( dallage autour de la piscine, plateaux de room service qui restent toute la journée dans le couloir, flacon distributeur de gel douche de la chambre désespérément vide bien que signalé à la réception, personnel de l’accueil souriant mais inefficace.) Un avis mitigé donc. Bien pour l'équipement de la chambre mais trop bruyante, très bien pour le petit-déjeuner, médiocre pour les services.

Good service from hotel and all employees Dipu, Daljit kaur Sheetal, Susan dm, avinash,vivek Vicky, shubha, sweta, Food is good. Iris hall round table arrangement was very nice. The bar is looking awesome 👌. Thanks to all staff for provide us a best service .

Пришли покушать с детьми, выбрали 2 пиццы: пепперони и с курицей. Хорошая достойная пицца. Коктейли вкусные не приторные, сосок то что надо. Вежливый персонал. Очень чуткое отношение. Спасибо! Рекомендуем)

Had an absolutely amazing and comfortable stay at Novotel, Goa. Yummy food and super courteous staff. Shout out to Subhadra and Nupur who took really good care of us and ensured we got the best of services. Thank you once again for making our stay a memorable one :)

We loved the dining experience at the restaurant. The hospitality of Rohon and Shaikendra was absolutely amazing. We will definitely come back again.The said and fish was very fresh. The pizza was also very good.The local cusine options can be increased on the menu though.

Rahul, Pravat, and Shailendra organised a birthday celebration under the guidance of Prasenjit - overall experience was fantastic and they extended their hospitality as if like we were their family. The set up at Cabana was mesmerising. Keep doing such work guys
