Non smoking room had strong smoke smell in bathroom. Outside door-had to slam to close.

First time staying here. We were very pleased with the large room, the location and the friendly staff. If we visit Pigeon Forge again, this place will be 1st on the list to check for room availablity.

Enjoyed our stay at the Arbors. Front desk employees were very helpful. Our room was very comfy. Nice upgraded rooms. Wood flooring through out room. Shower was very nice. Short walk to the Island in Pigeon Forge. Would stay there again.

Really great hotel. Staff is very friendly, room was clean and beds are comfortable. The hotel grounds are something I’ve never seen at a hotel before. You can have campfires, roast marshmallows, take a walk on the trail by the river or swim in their heated pool. The way the hotel rooms are set up is also very neat. My kids loves it so we’ll definitely be back.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Great location but can be noisy in the mornings due to traffic. I found the rooms to be the cleanest I have ever been in. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The pool is heated but we didnt try it out.

The arbor was a very nice place to stay and close to everything. We walked to the island which was maybe a 5 minute walk. Everything was super clean and they even had an outdoor heated swimming pool which was super fun for the kiddos. Would stay there over and over again

This is a great place to stay whether it is just a couple getting away or a family. They have several in-site activities at no charge for people to do. The hotel was super clean and had been updated. The staff were amazing and they strive to make your stay the best one yet. I will book this hotel in the future!

This hotel is in a great location! However, it is billed to be a "resort" type property - it is basically an older hotel that has been cheaply updated to appear more expensive. The bed was comfy enough but the pillows were sad. You had to be careful when entering room because door didn't open all the way due to furniture placement. I booked the most expensive room overlooking the river - that view was great. The other view was a dumpster and a huge pile of discarded sofas, etc.. Perhaps, they are still in the remodeling process.

Our one stay was average. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great in walking distance of the Island, shopping, restaurants and more. There was a free pancake breakfast for us just across the street. We opted to upgrade to the buffet for $6 each. It was delicious. A few negatives were the outside could use some attention. Smoking in the elevators left a terrible smell. And while the bathroom was up to date and modern the room was in need of some updates. It was small. And having the coffee, fridge and microwave in the bathroom area was terribly inconvenient.

Older property, nicely remodeled. The walk to the Island was 5 minutes at most. If it passed my wife cleaning then it’s good. Though not a 5 star definitely on our our return list

The location was suoerb and the extra effort to accomodate guests with breakfast dining across the street was great!

Such a cute place. We didn’t explore beyond the room as it was a quick overnight stay. The room was clean and updated. The beds were comfy and you could tell an extra effort to make our stay enjoyable was made.my only complaint is the heating/air unit. It was super loud and made it hard to sleep
