普萊森頓寵物友善飯店

I checked in late on a rainy Saturday night May 4th, after dropping off storage boxes at a friends house nearby, and this was my second time ever staying at this hotel property. At check-in, the front desk agent Melissa checked me into a room in Building 6, away from the lighted parking area in front. I tried to find the building, but I had difficulty finding it and the room was in the rear of the property grounds, too far of a walk for me. I was not comfortable with the arrangement, so I came back to the front desk and complained (which I rarely do) and Melissa with help from her manager was able to change my room upstairs to #157 in the same main building as the front desk and lobby area. The room was a deluxe King bed that satisfied my needs nicely, with a sliding door patio to enjoy the outdoor landscaped grounds. Melissa was able to provide a late check out for Sunday at 2pm per my Bonvoy Gold. Overall, the price was right and parking in front was ideal, with the room in the main building turned out best. 位置比較好，停車方便，周邊生活也比較方便，特別是距離大型奧特來購物中心不遠，可謂購物天堂。wifi自動接入，網速也可以。 沒有電梯，是感覺搬運行李最不方便之處。另外，房間不提供免費瓶裝水。

这是一家漂亮的酒店，肯定会推荐给我认识的每个人。工作人员很棒，酒店和食物也很棒

這家酒店給人的感覺就是攜程訂的，不給好位置，給我安排的電梯邊上，一晚上就聽電梯啟動，牆麪還帶感，微震的感覺讓人難忘，不過可以挽回打分的事早餐服務員很nice，看我帶孩子主動給做了個華夫餅。酒店本身就在高速邊上，比較吵，房間還有蜘蛛，兩間房都有，所以做不推薦的點評。

酒店的設施還可以, 有游泳池和健身設施. 步行距離可以搭乘14路去San Francisco Premium Outlets, 幾站路就到. Outlets對麪有家Ross. BART站也可以步行到, 稍遠一點. 步行距離可以搭乘3路去West Dublin/Presanton BART站附近的Mall, 有Macy's, JCPENNY, Apple等. 建議在 www.wheelsbus.com 上看好BUS的間隔時間, 在BART站或APP上準備好Clipper 卡. 估計是考慮到安全的問題, 房間的窗是不可以打開的. 雖然採光很好, 但空氣對流不夠.

Just perfect for the night stop over . We have always stayed at another chain in town and know that this is better than in everything plus it's half the price. It's worth leaving town late like today if we know we would not have to spend an arm and a leg for this first stop. Glad it's still affordable.
