Me gustó este hotel. El desayuno bufet es muy rico, también las cenas. La galleta de chocolate de bienvenida estaba rica.

Poor upkeep Awful service

Check in guy was blah. Charged me in addition to already being charged by *******. Then said he didnt even though i showed him the charge kn my statement. We were placed on the 2nd floor. You exit the elevator and are blasted with heat, no ac whatsoever on the floor itself. Get into the room its just as hot. Turn on ac which is completely covered by curtains. Then it kept turning off and our tv wouldnt work. After many attenpts to get through to front desk she said our check in wasnt complete which is why ac and tv werent working. Bartender was nice and food was decent. Jacuzzi dirty, pool looked clean.

My stay at the DoubleTree Hilton Pleasanton was far from the experience I had hoped for. What began as a fun softball tournament getaway with my daughter quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal. While enjoying the hot tub with friends, I brought my phone and placed it on top of a towel nearby. As I turned to chat with someone, I heard a thud. Turning back, I saw a housekeeper had dropped my towel onto the ground and walked away without a word. I noticed the towel was crumpled and my phone was no longer visible. When I lifted the towel, I found my phone face-down on the concrete—with a large crack in the corner. I tried to get the employee’s attention, but he didn’t respond. So I went straight to the front desk to report the incident. Unfortunately, I was treated dismissively and told the manager would contact me as soon as he arrived. I never heard back. The next day, I spoke with the housekeeping manager, who listened but didn’t take any notes or record the issue. Still, nothing was resolved. I followed up again with the front desk, and this time I spoke to the general manager. Once more, I explained the situation in detail. I was assured everything would be taken care of. I followed up with two phone calls and emails to the manager—but still received no response. Firepit propane tanks were empty both nights. The hot water in our room was luke warm and the hotel was so noisy at night. The staff never did anything about it.

Front desk staff are consistently rude. Year after year. Hotel is in DIRE need of updates. Everything is at least 30 plus years old. Good guys need to find a new “car show” HQ!

I loved the price, the crisp, ironed sheets, fridge, the comfortable chairs, having a fridge, access to a bar and restaurant (tho restaurant was mediocre but I felt lucky to have it!) kind staff, warm cookie, room with all I needed, easy to use TV, easy and safe parking.
