We stayed in this hotel because my son had an early kick off soccer game and this hotel post their breakfast start at 6 pm daily. But in fact, it start at 7am. Moreover, we paid for a room with king size bed and sofa bed and the room only had a regular sofa. The staffs took long time to address this issue. First, the staff(Assad) said that he is the only one person worked in the evening. When we could not find the sofa bed and no bedding at all around 9am. Asad said we need to waiting for the night auditor revolved
this problem. Night auditor give us bedding and told me that she could opened the sofa bed to us in our room at 10:03pm. We went together to our room (#504) and finally she found out this only the sofa but not the bed. She said she could check the room available when she back to the front desk. She called us around 10:30pm and said she could changing another room for us. But my wife and son already slept after the whole days activities. I ended up crawling in the small sofa for the rest of the night. This hotel has no housekeeping work in the evening And only has one staff works. We want our money refund and please do not sell this hotel in *******. Or it would ruin your reputation.
