淋浴下水很慢，經理換了我的房間。愉快的住宿

Sad to say, but the toilet in room 167 leaked at the wax seal, and was neglected. The diverter on the tub spout sticks, and causes the shower head to be constantly under pressure and drip. Plus the shower head was threaded onto the gooseneck without any tape. The resulting spray almost hits the ceiling. The batteries in the TV remote were dead. And..... who uses crown molding for a baseboard? Kinda wierd.

We arrived after dark. The entrance was well lighted and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was included, coffee, toast and cereal, adequate. The lobby and dinning area needs updating but it was clean and tidy.

Room floors need a good scrubbing,used a sanitized whips on the floor it was black...toilets need more maintenance attention flushing problems,needs more cleaning as you walk into the bath room see into the bowl is dirty,hair left from before on toilet...front desk was the nicest two great ladies check us inn...Very Profesional 👍

The customer service was exceptional. The front desk and security were amazing people! Had some problems with our room they fixed those issues. We did have several bugs. Not a lot of extras( coffees, towels, tp)ran out of . Very basic hotel room basic Continental breakfast.

Location was great for downtown area. Bathroom was very unclean, lights kept turning off while in the room and the breakfast had nothing hot so had to go out to eat each morning.

I was rudely awakened at 5:30AM by the garbage truck banging the very large dumpster multiple times. There was no shower curtain for the tub. I did not find the room particularly clean and it did not smell fresh. I planned to stay 4 nights; I left after one. Although the property billed me the full amount of my anticipated stay immediately, I was told it would take as much as 14 days to process my refund.

Its ok. Nothing fancy. It was clean & comfortable. The main sink had a major water leak & the non smoking room they first gave us was definitely smoking but the front desk addressed it immediately & gave us what we initially reserved. He was very friendly & security was great. Quiet area & good parking

I made a reservation through ******* about 20 minutes before we checked into the hotel. Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel didnt actually have a room available comparable to what we booked. They offered to put us in a room with two dohble beds instead of one king bed without any change in price. We told them that this would jot work for us and that we would just go somewhere else. The person working the desk said that that could not process a refund and that we would have to call ******* directly, "and that's a long shot." We called *******, and the person at the desk said again that he couldn't do a refuns because the manager wouldn't be in until the morning and that our chances of getting a refund were "slim to none." Again, they tried to convince us to take the room with the full beds. They were unhelpful, to say the least, and they actively tried to prevent us from getting a refund. The original problem wasn't their fault, but they definitely did not handle it well.

The room had a weird smell, needs a new parking lot. Staff was friendly and walking distance to downtown

The rating on the app seemed much lower than what we experienced. It made me hesitate to book, but we really enjoyed our stay. It is walking distance to the historic district, several restaurants and two breweries. And only five miles from the airport!

Parking lot is a little chaotic but other than that it was very clean inside the rooms. It is a walkable distance to downtown and to the bay center!

The staff at check in is exceptional this is our second trip and they are tge best!
