Amazing hotel, definitely recommend this place to anyone. Breakfast is top notch, staff are friendly and polite.

Tenia un pelo largo en las savanas cuando llegue y la area de la ducha es muy pequeña

Escogí este alojamiento por su ubicación en primera línea de la playa grande Peñíscola. No había muchos más abiertos, al ser segunda semana de enero. Reservé en la propia recepción tras haberme dado previamente de alta en la web. Disponer de membresía suponer recibir un descuento del 4% y algunos detalles, adicionales como agua de cortesía. Todo el personal ha sido amable y eficiente. La habitación amplia y confortable, luminosa e impecablemente limpia. Y además con vistas al castillo y al cartel con el nombre de la ciudad. Dispone de zona chill out en la planta baja y también de otra en el cuarto piso, cerrada actualmente, por ser enero. Muy satisfechos con la experiencia. Y con una relación calidad/precio fantástica. Pongo foto de un rincón del comedor, con baberos para bebés. Me pareció un simpático detalle para familias con niños. Sin lugar a dudas, si regreso a Peñíscola, me alojo de nuevo en este hotel.

La habitación es muy bonita no es extravagante pero tampoco demasiado simple con unas vistas laterales a la playa i directa a la piscina con luces led . Lo que más me sorprendió fue la atención de cara al cliente muy amables i atentos, en general se podría reducir todo en una palabra : esplendido Volverémos dentro de poco

Todo estupendo: el personal, la limpieza, las instalaciones, el buffet del desayuno, la habitación, la temperatura, la cama y la ropa. Ocupamos una habitación con vistas frontales al mar y era fantástica, con un balcón muy grande. El cuarto de baño no es grande para el tamaño de la habitación, no tiene bidet y el cabezal de la ducha no se puede regular en altura.

Lovely location for view of castle and old town, plus just over road from beach. Room was good, clean, well-equipped. Balcony view was somewhat disappointing and a real heat trap, but Peñiscola and it beaches are so lovely, we didn’t spend much time at the hotel. Reception staff were lovely: we did not fly home till the evening, so asked for late checkout which was not possible cos hotel was fully booked (totally understand) but receptionist kindly offered us towels and use of the spa shower before we left for the airport at 5pm. Brilliant. The reason for a lower rating is that the hotel is located next door to an open air nightclub which is open until 3am - fortunately the music stopped at 2.30. It was horrifically loud (with windows/doors closed, even with earplugs and pillow over head) and, not knowing when it going to end, made the one night we stayed awful and stressful. I still would not have been happy about it but I would have appreciated being advised at check-in about the disruption, to have at least known when it was going to end. I would not stay in a hotel within 500 metres+ of that area because of that noise. Another gripe about the hotel is the loud background music they play in the bar/terrace: poor cover version tracks are not my taste but it was the volume that was annoying. It was too loud for background. Even in reception it was playing. We did not eat/drink there because of that. I know that appears to be an obsession in tourist areas - that silence or the sound of the world around you are things that must be drowned out by non-stop music - so it is hard to avoid but some places keep the volume down to less invasive levels. I recommend going a few hotels down to Castillo hotel, where the music was more chilled level, with the same great view plus the food, drinks and waiters were lovely.

La limpieza...cama supergrande y cómoda. Desayuno variado y bueno. Spa gratuito 1 hora. La habitación muy completa ...terraza , muebles con muchos cajones , minibar ,silla y minisofá cómodos, el baño muy completo. Un hotel muy cómodo para volver.
