這家飯店離聖露西亞火車站很近，很不錯。缺點是樓梯又陡又窄，拖著行李箱上下不太方便。我記得庭院裡好像有個酒吧，因為有一天晚上那裡非常吵鬧，有年輕人打鼓。不過，你還是能感受到那種氛圍的 :) 房間本身很棒，床很舒服很柔軟，而且所有東西都很乾淨。我們能提前入住，我對此特別感激。

A wonderfully located place to stay, it isn't a hotel but also isn't a hostel, it felt like somewhere in between. A room with a locked door. A friendly host and the room was cleaned daily. Very clean and it wasn't noisy with others also in the house. The stairs were very steep which was totally ok for us, but could be an issue for others. I do believe it was rather expensive for a room, however, Venice accommodation is expensive on the whole so a great alternative! Rooms don't have a safe, I feel this would be a great improvement point.

Room was great, comfortable, clean and airy. Situated away from crowds, this is an ideal spot close to both rail, water taxi, vaporetto and bus services. Easy walking distance to all of Venice and a good base for exploring the whole city. Some nice restaurants and bars close by and we didn’t get lost, part of the magic of Venice is exploring its labyrinth of streets and bridges. Previous reviews have mentioned the stairs and they are pretty steep, especially if you have a heavy suitcase or accessibility issues. It’s an old building, no one had lifts when it was built. But we managed OK, the owners were very helpful, and it was really useful to be able to leave the luggage after checking out as we had an evening flight. On the whole,having stayed in Venice several times over the years, I’d say it was good value for money.

不是飯店，而是出租房間。經過多次嘗試按門鈴後，我們終於進去了。3 段 樓梯很陡，裡面裝滿了行李，一位講西班牙語的客人問我們的名字，店主在一張紙上留下了名字，上面有我們門和前門的鑰匙。我看到一張名片，就撥了她的電話號碼。她說西班牙語。我們發了幾次短信，她說：「很抱歉，我沒有收到您抵達時間的消息，這不是一家有接待處的酒店，只要您願意，我就在這裡等您。我需要你的護照，謝謝」。從來沒見過她。浴室的淋浴間發霉了，房間很小。需要維修。然後她指責我帶傘不知道。當你聽到每個人的聲音時，沒有隱私。我透過簡訊要求不要讓女傭進來，但床已經鋪好了，寫著我們名字的紙不見了，它在其他紙下面。地方是個火陷阱。很髒，沒有人在那裡工作，但她在一周前就拿走了你的信用卡。

Avoid booking with this hotel. We were due to travel to Venice. However, COVID lockdowns & travel restrictions interrupted our plans. At which point we had to cancel our trip. La Loggia Della Luna management offered us a credit to be used within three years which we accepted in lieu of a refund as we understood that many hotels would be struggling for revenue during COVID. They will now happily communicate with us until such time that we mention that payment will be via. a credit, at which point they completely ignore all correspondence & go into hiding. They will not honour, acknowledge or even respond to any email which mentions our credit. All other hotels who offered credits during COVID have honoured these credits, except for La Loggia Della Luna. Find another hotel who won’t rip you off.
