Located away from the crowds of mg marg but quite accessible to it via a private stairway. Excellent rooms with very good service. They give complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer which is a god send. The food is a bit pricey compared to the quality.

The location of the hotel is very good as its just 2 mins to the mg road market, take a cab while returning back to avoid the steep climb back, will take about 150 rs. If you are staying in this hotel make sure you book the premium rooms as the standard/deluxe rooms are very clumsy and tiny in size

Ambience was very calm and relaxing. I had booked for a day but then extended the stay by a day. I had stayed with my 2 yr kid. Staffs are polite and very cooperative. Food is nice though a bit expensive but overall experience was very good.

Location is good, just near mg/mall road hotel is good and rooms are quite spacious staff is polite and helpful food is excellent

I stayed with my 7 year old kid with Summit Ttakshang for 8 nights. I was working remotely while enjoying the serene views and hospitality offered by them. Not only was I able to carry on working remotely with perfect WIFI, everything was very comfortable including the stay, food, room service. I booked the Suite room with balcony which gives a beautiful view of the Kanchenjunga on a clear day. The suite has a drawing room with sofa and a spacious bedroom and a spacious bathroom with 24 hrs hot water supply and a hair dryer!! Room also has a heater which is a necessity during winters. Balcony is spacious and 2 people can enjoy tea and chat for hours! Food is very tasty, we tried literally almost everything from chowmein, kung pao chicken, sweet n sour chicken, to chicken biryani, chicken curry, aloo parantha, and fish fingers and pasta!! Everything was very delicious. The location is just perfect. You get to reach MG road by walk and by stairs. The walk is a beautiful one with clean roads and is approx 1.5 km while the stairs have approx 90 steps but let you reach Mg road in under 5-10 mins. We enjoyed going there by both the ways while enjoying some mother son chats 😀 The staff is very courteous and helpful. They were always there to assist and ensured we had a comfortable stay. All in all, I’d love to go back and stay with them again. I highly recommend for anyone visiting Gangtok.

The location is the key and it was more than value for money stay. We were family of four booked two rooms. We enjoyed the stay with clean rooms and hygienic. The hotel is next to mg marg and very convenient to go. The breakfast was amazing especially masala omlet and red rice idly with green n red chutney.
