Solicite el servicio de traslado al Aeropuerto cuando hice el chek-in, por la mañana el Señor del front desk me nego el servicio argumentando que tenia que pedir un taxi porque el traslado habia salido antes de lo planeado ya que este fue a llevar a otros huespedes "muy importantes". No fue mas que un acto de racismo

We booked 2 rooms with short notice and were extremely pleased with the spacious set up in the suites. A kitchen space that included fridge, skin, microwave, dishwasher, and dishes was a blessing. Delicious breakfast and perfect fitness room also!

It was fine. Super amazing staff went out of their way to make it great. The room smelled like mildew and wasn't cleaned great. Sheets and blankets were tolerable, but meh... Great space, pool was heated and the maintenance staff made sure it was comfortable. I'd stay here again, but it was marketed like it was on Bricktown (that's Expedia's problem, not the hotels) and it's very clearly not anywhere close.

We will be back next year. Very dog friendly and gave my pup a yummy upon check in. Nice trails along the river behind the hotel. Staff very nice and professional. Room was comfy and had a handy kitchenette area. Very quiet too. The hallway carpet was pretty stained but overall was pretty clean.

The breakfast was great. Room wasn’t as clean as it could have been. Overall fine for the value

I expected to see 4 bath towels for my party of 4 but there was only 3 towels. Then out toilet got semi clogged so it was unpleasant and inconvenient for me to go down to use the lobby rest room to do my business.

The pool was not open and that was one of the main attractions for my son to stay in that hotel. The front desk person was quite rude .

Easy check and wonderful experience

Bonus of kitchin with large fridge and dishwasher. They provided dishes, cups and forks and spoons.

Great spot for a overnight before going to the airport. I had a rental and it was very close to the rental car drop off and a gas station. No complaints

The pool is not open and was not communicated when booking. I would have booked somewhere else if I would have known that.

Room was hot on the first night and couldn’t get the hot water to heat up on both nights.

The staff was very helpful nice and friendly

It was clean, check in was easy, and staff was friendly.
