馬可波羅海灘華美達廣場度假飯店(Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Marco Polo Beach Resort)

Queda muy lejos de todo !!!si solo quieres estar en la playa es perfecto porque para mi tiene una de las playas más bonitas y no tan concurridas !!el hotel malo no es como en las fotos el precio es prácticamente igual al Hyatt de downtown y es mucho mejor !!! El parking 25 usd el día no tienen piscina por remodelación hasta finales de agosto algo que no lo tienen nombrado , Y prepárense en este hotel se va el agua en 5 días ya se fue 2 veces y por mas de 7 horas no lo recomiendo para familias ! El servicio es pésimo cuando llegue y no tenían piscina les dije que como un resort puede estar así y no lo nombraban en trip me dijeron que no es problema de ellos trate de cancelar y me dijeron que no se podía y que si cancelaba solo me do volvían la mitad del dinero algo que para mi es de mal gusto ya que siempre hacemos pagos antes de llegar así que no me quedo de otra que quedarme en el hotel

No complaints everything was good. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I just did not like the valley parking.

Finally got my keys to the room to find broken tv, then they switched me to another room and the stove was not working, then changed to another room with a broken fridge light and a half broken shower handle at this point I gave up with changing rooms. I waisted 4 hrs for no reason the staff are not useful. They where suppose to provide new light bulb for the fridge and the never did. After several days me and my wife started experiencing rash like symptoms from BED BUGS we left our vacation early due to this. Was the worst experience I had. When we arrive back home in Toronto my wife went to the hospital. She is now on medication and creams. If I could add photos I would no option. No room service what so ever!!!!

Spend a little more and stay elsewhere in the area. This property is old (not in a good way) and in need of major renos. Only 1 of 5 elevators was in service. No amenities. The fire alarm in our room (?) was going off and it took 5 hours to resolve, only after 4 calls and 2 trips to the front desk. Front desk staff were very kind but seemed unable to respond to all the issues in the hotel. Don’t book it!!

Horacio is the receptionist that first attended me at check in - because of my flight, I arrived at 7am at the hotel and I went to check for the possibility of a room available. He already started by answering my first question with a tone and being rude, saying that the check in was only at 4pm, which I already knew, however after I asked if he could at least take my phone number and let me know, he once again was rude. I started conversing with him noticing his flag from Argentina when he started saying that he doesn't like it in Florida because people are not polite and have no respect, saying that the younger generations are the worst. I consider myself the younger generation, therefore his comments felt a lot like they were meant for me. The next day I again see him screaming at another guest because two elevators were broken. Overall, everyone in the hotel seemed extremely rude, unhappy and unwilling to help. Two elevators were broken, the room was dirty, the pool bar attendants were kind of rude as well. Very very disappointed. Nobody who works in there feel like they enjoy their jobs, at all.

The staff were very friendly and they have great beach access. However, there were ants all over my room and my bed, the didn’t come service the room when asked, and on Saturday their entire pool was taken over by a Zumba camp of 15 year old girls so we couldn’t enjoy it.

No se queden en este hotel por NINGUN motivo. Los elevadores se arruinan, el equipo de limpieza no cambia ropa de cama ni toallas (aunque lo pidas) por que si tienen un eco friendly que si no lo pides no lo hacen pero ni pidiendo el cambio lo hacen. El personal es pesimo. Front desk no ayudan y son muy pesados. Cuando se arruinaron los elevadores nosotros nos dirigíamos a hacer check out llevaba 6 maletas grandes y no nos quisieron ni ayudar a bajarlas aparte que los elevadores NO FUNCIONABAN. Bajamos 6 niveles con maletas por las gradas y lo hicimos 3 veces por que nadie quiso apoyar. Lo único bueno que tiene el hotel es el personal de parking. Siempre lo tenian a tiempo. Jamas jamas jamas se hospeden aqui. No tienen servicio, es un hotel sucio y nadie ayuda

I checked in on Friday and had no hot water,I told the front desk and they said they would take care of it, I left a day early on Sunday and they still didn’t come to even check it.They charged for parking 25 a day which was not mentioned when making reservation.The staff there couldn’t care less about the customers.
