克萊門森湖畔旅館(Lakeside Lodge Clemson)

The outside is beautiful when u drive up, you say to yourself, “this is nice”.The inside is very plain and the check-in counter the people were sitting down in front of laptops. No formal check-in area. The carpet is thin and the bathroom is naked. A few towels (although they were plush and thick). Overall it was clean, plain and walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Rating= B-

Large suite, comfortable.

They gave us a room right next to the highway and bridge over the lake so we had road noise constantly. To make it even better, the next bridge upriver 100 yds upstream was the railroad so we had train going by blowing the horn. The front desk staff refused to move us saying the hotel was full even though not all had checked in snd and they could have swapped our room. They made a big deal about our booking through ******* and that we should have booked direct. Could it be that we got assigned a crappy room because of that? In any case, not worth the money when there are lots of better choices around .

House keeping wasn’t adequate. Although I had hung the sign asking for maid service, I only got extra towels & the trash can emptied. Coffee station wasn’t filled. Bed was not made.

Very nice property. However nearby train line woke me many times during the night

For this being a college town hotel it was absolutely peaceful and beautiful. I would highly recommend this to everyone, including families. The room was exceptionally clean. I was very impressed.

The Lakeside lodge is a gem when visiting family in Clemson. The food, staff and location overall are great!

Beautiful and clean facility. My daughter is a junior at Clemson and this is the first time I’ve stayed at Lakeside Lodge. It is now my favorite lodging and will be my go to in the future.

Such an incredible stay. Even better than i anticipated!! Will definitely stay here again and recommend to any and everyone
