給一分是因為沒有零分可選。 非常糟糕的服務，再也不會選擇希爾頓和double tree. Bad service. I would never choose Hilton and double tree.

I was disgusted to see mold around the top of the bathtub. Also, I noticed the room had not been vacuumed as it should have been - there were toenail clippings between the two beds by the nightstand, and they weren't mine! Gross!!

Called for like a good hour and the phone just rang and rang. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Thankfully when I finally managed to arrive someone was at the front desk.
