I was disgusted to see mold around the top of the bathtub. Also, I noticed the room had not been vacuumed as it should have been - there were toenail clippings between the two beds by the nightstand, and they weren't mine! Gross!!

Called for like a good hour and the phone just rang and rang. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Thankfully when I finally managed to arrive someone was at the front desk.

I made 2 reservations a month prior to our arrival. We drove 10 hours and arrived at this hotel around 10:15p, only to be told the front desk representative only saw one of our reservations. She basically informed me they were overbooked and there was nothing she could do. I immediately accepted the one room and called **********. After about an hour on the phone with ********** the representative was able to contact the hotel directly and luckily got the night auditor who informed the ********** representative that he showed both reservations as being checked into (we were only in one). He wasn’t sure what happened with the prior front desk representative but he was able to get us into our other room (around 11:30/11:45p). It appeared the prior front desk representative had alternate plans for our second room, but thankfully Daryl (night auditor and ********** resolved the issue).

This is the worst double tree ever. The property is in extremely bad condition. Lack of cleanliness. Disgusting. The bathtub was black, the walls stained and paint peeling off. The carpet was showing stain, dust, spots. What a terrible experience. The staff didn’t care once we brought this to their attention. I hope everyone read this review and refrain to book this hotel. For no reason you should stay here. I will rate zero stars if possible !!!

The rooms were not clean. The couches were filthy. The refrigerator and microwave were both dirty and had food in them. The second floor was under construction and no one said anything there was just loud banging early in the morning. Tonya the front desk was the only good part about the trip. There was someone who just walked into my room in the morning without announcing who they were while I was getting dressed. If it was housekeeping they did not say who they were so I have no idea who walked into my room. This hotel just makes me feel okay and the night auditor was just rude.

Worst stay I’ve had in a long time. I was especially disappointed in the hotel staff not being experienced enough to resolve minor issues professionally. I won’t be staying there anymore. It did not meet my expectations.

This is the worst service reception at Night Shift ever have the room to dirty the AC unit to noisy. The area is dirty, unsafe I’m not recommend to go this hotel.

The staff was very nice but I have never stayed in a room that was more in need of renovation. It was absolutely disgusting and I would never have expected this condition at a Doubletree.
