Apesar de não ser um hotel recente ou moderno, proporciona uma experiência muito satisfatória. A limpeza e higiene dos espaços são notórias, o atendimento destaca-se pela simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários, e tanto o jantar como o pequeno-almoço superaram as expectativas – com especial destaque para a variedade e qualidade. A localização, mesmo no centro de Izmir e junto ao mar, é outro ponto forte que torna a estadia ainda mais agradável. Uma excelente opção para quem valoriza um ambiente acolhedor, boa comida e um serviço atencioso.

IZMIR - Hotel não é modernizado, aliás a característica dele é até manter adornos e elementos antigos como parte da história do hotel, mas atende perfeitamente a qualidade de conforto que se espera. Bem localizado e a pé se pode chegar a vários pontos de interesse. Em momentos de grande movimento (chegada de ônibus de excursão) melhor você mesmo subir e descer com suas malas. Cuidado apenas com câmbio, pois algumas pessoas tiveram dificuldade em ter seus dólares aceitos (preferem cartão e euros).

這是一間人性化的建築，位於城市中，距離大海僅有幾分鐘的步行路程。附近有許多餐廳和商店。我們的房間寬敞、舒適，設有休息區和可俯瞰鄰近酒店花園的陽台。工作人員很友善。早餐非常好，適合鹹味和甜味愛好者。飯店大廳以「博物館」風格裝飾，但我們很喜歡。

Top gelegen, sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine zentrale, aber trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage. Stadtzentrum und Meer sind schnell zu erreichen, Zimmer sind sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich. Die Betten sind bequem, Frühstück mit landesüblichen Spezialitäten, gute Qualität und absolut ausreichend.

İş seyahatim sebebiyle bir gece konaklama için lokasyonu dikkate alarak burayı tercih ettim. Otelin otantik bir havası var, çok modern değil ama genel olarak ben memnun kaldım. Odalar geniş ve temizdi. Kahvaltısı benim için idealdi, yiyebildiğim ürünler mevcuttu. Merkezde huzurlu bir otel diyebiliriz. Birkaç konuda ufak sorunlar yaşadım. Birincisi odamın sürgülü camı tam olarak kapanmıyordu, ikincisi saç kurutma makinesi kısa bir süre çalışıp kendisini kapatıyor. Açıkçası bir gece konaklama yaptığım için bu sorunları çok umursamadım, konaklamam daha uzun olsaydı destek isteyebilirdim.

Öncelikle otelin konumu çok güzel ve Alsancak -Konak yürüyebileceğiniz bir mesafede 10-15 dk kadar. Otelin bulunduğu sokak her ihtiyacınızı bulabileceğiniz bir yer. Yemek, market, kafe çok güzel bir konuma sahip. Otelin altında otele ait bir pub var ve çok keyifli bir mekan. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı oluyor ve her konuda size destek veriyor. Otopark konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadım -ki bu bölgede bir çok otelde bu büyük sorun. Negatif olarak söyleyebileceğim şeylere gelince; otel eski bir otel. Mobilyalar, banyo, halılar eskimeye bağlı olarak yıpranmış. Kesinlikle pis diyemem ama eski olması sizi rahatsız edebilir. Kahvaltıyı biraz zayıf buldum. Bu 2 negatiflik dışında genel olarak olumlu izlenim bırakan bir konaklamaydı.

Un hôtel comme on les aime, une décoration typique voir vieillotte mais qui a son charme. L'hôtel est très propre les chambres sont spacieuses la literie confortable L' accueil est discret comme le service, le repas et le petit déjeuner sont excellents ... et l'hôtel est à 400 m du bord de mer

Öncelikle belirtilmesi gereken tüm personelin samimi ve kibarlığı olmalı. Güleryüzlü ve yardımcılar. İki gecelik konaklamada memnun kaldık ve tercih edilecekler listemize ekledik. Yeri çok iyi; birçok yere yakın... Kahvaltı yeteri ve iyi; anlamsız ve saçma fazlalıklar yok! Otelin en büyük kusuru ise ne yazık ki bir başka otelden kaynaklanıyor. Karşıda yer alan büyük -zincir!- otelin sanırım klima sisteminin gürültüsü. Swiss Hotel bu bağlamda çevreye ve insana saygısızlık örneği veriyor.

Swiss otelin klima santrali çok gürültü yapıyor , ben sesten çok rahatsız olmam normalde ama ona rağmen zor uyudun diyebilirim, bu sebepten ötürü bir daha konaklamayacağımı söyleyebilirim. Onun dışında ortalama bir otel, konumu güzel, kahvaltısı alınan ücrete ve otelin konumuna göre zayıf, banyolar yeni ve temiz ama genel olarak otelin yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var.

Yıllardır İzmir merkezdeki adresim. Odaları nostalji kokuyor. Yılların oteli. Personeli güler yüzlü. Özellikle otele girişmizde resepsiyon Barış bey güler yüzü ve ilgisiyle karşılaşılaşıyorsunuz. Tavsiye edilir.

A great girls long weekend in izmir, we decided to return to the authentic Karaca Hotel which is centrally located overlooking the gardens of the Swissotel Buyuk Efes. Our second stay here was just as great as the first. We had a beautiful room on the 4th floor facing the gardens. We had everything we could want in the room, tea and coffee machine, air con, a beautiful walk in shower. Everything was clean and authentically presented and the beds were so comfortable we actually didn't want to leave, or wanted to take the matresses home with us. The staff were amazing they were very helpful with calling for taxis, giving advice on things to do and places to visit, always happy and friendly to talk too.

We stayed as a war runner from Iran with two kids 10 &7 four nights in this hotel. Melek in reception was really nice she did her best to talk in Farsi. The room was spacious & new but NOT spotless clean. During our stay never our room was cleaned. Even throughout the trash by ourselves. The location is good there is big sok market in front of & close to restaurants. The internet was really awful due to overcrowded of the hotel. Totally among van hotels it would the best choice. Drain of shower didn't work properly. Room no. 112.

This was the fifth hotel of our stay in Türkiye and by far the best. Our room was spacious, very comfortable (great bed and large sofa) and exceptionally clean. A lot of thought has gone into to every aspect of this hotel: we even had a little card by the bed offering alternative quilts and pillows, available from reception. We had a good sized balcony, with table and chairs - it felt as if the balcony had been cleaned just before we walked into the room. The public areas are cosy and inviting, the polar opposite of so many bland modern hotels. The toilet even had a mosaic on the floor! The location is central in a quiet street, about 5/10 minutes from the waterfront, which is just perfect for an evening stroll.

I recently had a phenomenal experience at Karaca hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and punctual. They made me feel truly welcome with their friendly and personable service. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, making it a memorable visit. Highly recommend! Firdes was on reception - super kind, friendly, helpful. Honestly she was so prompt and punctual I was very impressed. As was Baris, he was very charmastic, funny and wholesome. Faith was really helpful with luggage, such a helpful and proactive individual. Ali was the restaurant chef - phenomenal food. The hotel feels like it's family run - they value tourists and make your stay enjoyable by going the extra mile. Location wise is a bonus - it's very near the center!!! My family and I truly had a exceptional stay, I hope everyone else does too.
