Staybridge Suites 諾克斯維爾橡樹嶺(Knoxville Oak Ridge)

Stayed in a “accessible room” and it was the worst we had ever had. Besides having mold in the shower and toothpaste on the wall (Yes, we have pictures), the room was a joke. No door to the bathroom (because handicapped people don’t need privacy?) the kitchen supplies and microwave were in the upper cabinets so no one in a wheelchair could reach it. The thermostat was also above the height for someone in a wheelchair. The hotel was nice, but they definitely need to hire an accessibly consultant because they have no clue.

I will stay here every time I come to Oak Ridge. The staff was AMAZING and so helpful. Great breakfast, great rooms. I have stayed at many hotels and this has topped even the fancier hotels I’ve stayed in! 1000/10 would recommend staying here!

5 stars ⭐️ Great stay thanks to staff who do a great job! Our air conditioning was not working, they tried to fix it, but it still wasn’t working. They moved us to another room. Ladies were very nice and made sure we were happy with the change. Breakfast was the best, excellent set up & tasted great, kudos to the staff again! 😁.

The room was well-appointed, spacious, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities that allowed us a very pleasant stay. Overall, Staybridge Suites in Oak Ridge, TN, provides a comfortable and convenient stay experience with its well-appointed rooms, attentive staff, and strategic location. Worst Hotel we have ever stayed. We stayed in room 514. When we walked in we instantly gagged. This room smelled like a large, wet animal had stayed in the room without ever being let out. It was dreadful. We were offered a bottle of Febreze to fix it. We went to Walmart and bought $100 of cleaning supplies and nothing worked. We asked for another room and none were available. They were aware of the problem and apologized. Said they had replaced the carpet and curtains. It was probably on the walls, air vents and couch. We left very early in the morning and found another hotel. They would not refund the second night. The room was the worst I have ever stayed in. Ot was unacceptable that they knew of the problem and still tried to put people there. Yuck! Avoid this hotel

We had an excellent suite, and the staff was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

I called the property prior to booking and inquired on the pool and was advised it was open and functioning. Upon arriving only to learn that it was not open and closed for maintenance. I had to disappoint a birthday boy whom thought it was having a small family pool party indoors for his birthday.

Very clean, comfortable. The staff were all the most friendly that I have seen.
