湖景房實際上並沒有窗，有一扇後門到花園 湖景其實不大，花園挺好的 最難以忍受的是噪音，旁邊有個酒吧會喧囂到半夜，根本無法入睡 服務人員都很盡心，滿分

環境很好，在一個小山頂，位置不是中心位置，差不多要打車到鎮中心。空氣絕佳，湖景可以看到很美的景色。酒店是管家服務。

一次非常愉快的住宿！沒有前台check in ，直接管家幫你辦理好帶入房間。房間用的鑰匙真的是木質🔑！就是熱水不太穩定，洗一會會冷下來。游泳池室內的，可惜晚上六點後就不開了

Unser Aufenthalt im W15 Lake Gregory in Nuwara Eliya war einfach fantastisch. Die Zimmer sind nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch äußerst sauber und komfortabel – genau das Richtige, um sich nach einem Tag in der wunderschönen Umgebung zu entspannen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das extrem freundliche Personal, allen voran Shimal, der uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat. Die herzliche und aufmerksame Art des gesamten Teams hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Ein weiteres Highlight war das großzügige Zimmer-Upgrade, das wir für unsere letzte Nacht erhalten haben – ein wunderbarer Abschluss unseres Aufenthalts. Danke nochmal.

Останавливались здесь на Новый год 2024-2025. Отель очень атмосферный, с красивым интерьером и великолепным обслуживанием. Все четко, все выверено, все работает, и весь персонал о вас мягко заботится. Нам по первой просьбе переносили столик ближе к огню или на улицу - туда, где нам хотелось сидеть, поменяли комнату на лучшую, когда появилась такая возможность, отвечали на все наши вопросы по поводу окрестностей. Большое спасибо Raj, Lakisanka, Upul, за наше чудесное пребывание здесь!

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel. Am Anfang was über den Preis überrascht gewesen, da es die teuerste Unterkunft in Sri Lanka war, aber jeder Euro hat sich gelohnt. Persönlicher Butler, sauber Zimmer, sehr gutes Essen - nur zu empfehlen. Man sich wie zuhause gefühlt, danke

Eccellente high tea su prato all'inglese con portico elegante e splendida vista sul laghetto e la città. Tea di qualità accompagnato da ottimi sandwich, marmellatine, mousse di burro e pasticerria raffinata. Servizio cortese e di prim'ordine (thanks Lakisanka and Raj). Raccomandatissimo!

We was not first trip in Shri Lanka, many restaurants, many hotels. This is the best hotel all food was delicious! Best quality all things! Thank you! Très bel hôtel Équipe très agréable et aux petits soins, merci à Shimal, Jim et Madusanka La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, dans le style de l’hôtel Nous y avons dîner : notre serveur Shimal a gentiment déplacé la table juste devant la cheminée, un régal! Hôtel à recommandé

Der Aufenthalt im W15 war einmalig! Angefangen mit der unglaublich herzlichen Art des gesamten Personals, das auf die individuellen Wünsche und Bedürfnisse eines jeden Gasts eingeht, dem qualitativ hochwertigen und sehr leckerem Essen, der tollen Gestaltung der Zimmer sowie des restlichen Hotels fühlt sich ein Besuch im W15 Lake Gregory weniger an wie ein Hotelbesuch sondern mehr wie ein Stückchen Heimat.

Op een mooi plek gelegen hotel met fantastisch uitzicht op het meer en de heuvels en de stad. Een mooi kleinschalig hotel, schoon , zeer sfeervol ingericht hotel met beperkt aantal kamers. De service staat op hoog niveau en het persoon is zeer vriendelijk en attent en behulpzaam. Het hotel serveert uitsluitend zelfgemaakte producten en maaltijden van hoge kwaliteit. Als gast kan je zelf bepalen wanneer en wat je eet. Hun streven is dat je thuis voelt wat ons betreft zijn ze daar zeer in geslaagd

Sehr schön gestaltete Zimmer in einem alten englischen Stil. Exzellentes Essen – unbedingt Halbpension buchen. Sehr aufmerksamer Service. Der Außenbereich mit Blick auf den See ist ein Traum; hier kann man viele Stunden verbringen. Gratis Fahrradverleih.

Шикарный отель с видом на озеро Грегори, сервис на высшем уровне , в пешей доступности все достопримечательности! Очень вкусно готовят , хороший кофе !) помогли организовать трансфер до Унаватуны, есть бассейн , находится под крышей , можно пользоваться когда на улице идет дождь
