The service here is wonderful! The system was down when we got here and the poor front desk lady got chewed out. She was very funny and sweet though! The only downside was they ran out of breakfast by 8:45, and the room was a little worn down. For the price, you can’t beat it!

Hotel was conveniently located. Room was nice. Water in bathtub got really hot which was great. Staff was nice and efficient. Room fit our needs perfectly.

The greatest thing was the staff. The ones that gave us a warm and happy greeting when we checked in and when we checked out.

The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. However, the whole reason we stayed was because of the indoor pool, which was not working and was not made known to us before booking. However, the manager accommodated us, and helped us find a different hotel.

Very nice stay in Norman while traveling to visit family. Just wish the pool was open.

This was my second stay at the hotel in the past 6 mos. The room was very clean & had a comfortable bed. Restaurants & shopping are close by.

This was the most rundown Fairfield I’ve stayed in. Rooms were beat up and dirty. The ac was temperamental. The breakfast was low quality and kept running out of basics. Definitely not worth the high price!

I was in class for two days so I didn't spend much time in the room but everything was great, service was excellent and the location was perfect.

We encountered very friendly front-desk personnel and staff. Rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. Could use some updates, but worth the price and great location. Near OU campus and near plenty of food and shopping options.

I was pleased with every aspect of my stay at this Fairfield Inn. Great location, clean, very friendly staff. They accommodated all of my needs/ requests. Great location n Norman close to retail and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
