Das Hotel liegt super zentral am Kurpark in Bad Homburg. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und traditionell eingerichtet. Das Bad war ebenfalls groß genug und neu gemacht- sehr angenehm. Der Service war gut, wir waren Teil einer Hochzeitsgesellschaft, die im Hotel übernachtet hatten, da wir relativ spät das ausgezeichnete Frühstück eingenommen hatten, waren wir beim Check out etwas spät - kein Problem, die Zimmerkarten wurden erneut freigeschaltet. Einzig die Garage, die wir jedoch nicht genutzt hatten ist ziemlich eng und für SUVs nur mit viel Kurbeln und Geschick zu nutzen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Nice hotel, very quiet, next to the park and easy 10 minute walk from Bad Homburg S Bahn station. Convenient for restaurants. Very nice breakfast, if a little expensive, but the overnight rate is very reasonable.

Charming Hotel in the center of Bad Homburg across the park. Shops, Banks, Restaurants in walking distance. Ver friendly and helpful staff. Underground parking, w-lan and perfect breakfast. Room was a bit smal and warm after a hot day, but open window cooled it down quickly. Motorcycle visitors are welcome. Will always stay here again.

Zentralgelegenes Hotel, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Innenstadt, große Zimmer mit Balkon, neues Bad, aber Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage, sehr warm im Zimmer bei Sonnenschein draußen.

Am 28.10.22 habe ich zu einem Sonderpreis fest eine Park Suite gebucht, die auch bestätigt wurde. 4 Wochen später schreibt mir das Parkhotel in einer gesendeten Email, dass heute am 26.11.22 mir trotz verbindlicher Buchung das gebuchte Zimmer (Park Suite) nicht mehr verfügbar wäre. Dieser Umstand überrascht mich sehr. Wenn das Zimmer zum Sonderpreis gebucht und fest zugesagt wird, sollten die daraus entstehenden Vepflichtungen auch eingehalten werden. Das vermeidliche Angebot ein Zimmer anderer Kategorie zu buchen, ist mir nicht mehr möglich anzunehmen, da mir nun das Vertrauen in das Hotel fehlt. Mir ist in einem 4*Hotel in Deutschland derlei noch nie passiert.

hotel is located in great area in bad hamburg , even it is far from Frankfurt ( if you would like to go there . rooms are clean breakfast is basic , service i fare , sleep quality should be better .price is fare

Total ruhig, sehr schön gelegen. Grosses Zimmer, überdachter Balkon, gartenblick. Großes Badezimmer. Nettes Personal an der Rezeption.

It's not a 4 star hotel. It's a family run hotel that has suffered due to the Covid pandemic. But so have many other hotels and they have bounched back. This one hasn't. Reception: Ok when checking in. Not Ok when checking out. I was asked to pay again despite having prepaid via **********. Breakfast room: Closed. €14 pp to have a cold breakfast delivered to our door. Or get up and get washed and walk 5mins to Louisenstraße and chose the breakfast you really want. Loads of breakfast restuarants. For the same price. Restaurant/Bar: Closed If I'd know this in advance I never would have booked. Room: Spacious and a fantastic renovated bathroom. But the room was dated and dirty. Stains on the carpet. I put my black wallet on the balcony table and then picked it up nearly white. Covered in dust. Housekeeping: None existent. Which probably explains the dirt. Service: There is no service. No staff. Except the receptionists. No in-room coffee/tea making facilties. You have to go to the lobby and pay €2.50 to make your own cup of tea/coffee and €4.50 to take a beer out of the lobby fridge! Edeka is 2mins around the corner where you can buy the same beer for €0.90. Location: It's a fantastic location. Very quiet at night. 5mins from Louisenstraße (main street) and a beautiful, historical park to walk around during the day. It's 100% not a 4 star hotel. It's just a bed for the night. Nothing else. And I'm sure I'll find it cheaper elsewhere.

I don’t understand how this hotel is rated a 4-star hotel. The shower head was nice. Other than that, everything was old and run down. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The room had no air conditioning, fans, or air circulation. The patio was dirty and covered with cigarette butts. The carpet and furnishings were very old and the entire place smelled strongly of dust.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral bei günstigem Preis. Kundenwünsche werden vom Personal gerne berücksichtigt. Trotz der Größe des Hotels herrscht eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre.

Prima hotel, echter geen airconditioning.
