提格拉納努薩飯店(Tingirana Noosa)

We arrived at Tingirana on the 20th December for a Christmas stay. We were accommodated in Room 104. It’s now 02:45 on 27th December my wife woke to find a man in the room roughly 6 feet from the foot of our bed. Caucasian 5ft 10” with short curly mid brown hair. My wife shouted loudly I immediately sprinted from the bed hearing the main access door slam shut as I got to my feet. I was probably 3-4 seconds behind the intruder but did not see him. Egress for him was easy and he was gone. The intruder entered the room via the patio doors presumably along the wall outside from the pool area. We called security to be fair they tuned up within a few minutes however the incident was over by then. Fortunately the intruder was spotted before he removed any items. Our stay here has been far from satisfactory and we are due out of here at 07:00 this morning hrs to catch our flight to NZ. This place is full of families with young kids and is not secure in any sense. There is no night desk the security phone # was on a piece of paper provided by management. There is no CCTV apparent. I will follow this initial report up with an overview of the facility. It will be a cold day in hell before we would consider staying here again. We travel extensively and this is a first.

Tingirana Noosa is very convenient to everything you need on a holiday! You can park at the beginning of your stay and do not need to get back in your car until the end of your stay. I thought that the continental breakfast was a nice touch because we had been out to dinner the night before and only needed something lite the next morning. The staff are friendly and helpful! What else do you need??😊

The staff are super friendly, the amenities are great, however the rooms are super noisy, particularly the street suites. Would definitely suggest sound proofing the rooms. Have stayed at a LOT of hotels on busy streets and this was by far the noisiest. I asked reception if they had ear plugs to help sleep, unfortunately they did not. Despite this, as mentioned staff are super friendly and helpful and everything else about the property was great. Great location, great dining options available and at walking distance.

Tiny room with no view or balcony on street side. Tiny TV. Great position re shopping & beach. Fantastic pool. All clean & modern. Enjoyed early continental brekkie. Would not stay here again without upgrading to ocean view room.

If I could rate this experience as a minus number I would do so! - VERY mouldy cushions on bed - Lack of access to sunbeds around the pool. All sunbeds taken by 7.30am but unused for over 6 hours - Extremely cramped space in bedroom with a roll away bed - Cleaning team removed plates/cutlery/glasses from dishwasher before cycle had finished and had to be rewashed - Dirty and stained pillowcase - Charged twice for roll away bed. A cost of $180 - Bed excrement all over sunbeds and balcony If the issues above could be addressed it would be a 5 star review. Beautiful property on a gorgeous beach. Stunning pool

Lovely stay. Absolutely Perfect location right in the middle of Hasting Street with shopping and dining options on the doorstep and Noosa beach as your backyard.

Location is brilliant and the pool area i just never wanted to leave. Staff also so helpful and lovely. We booked tingirana again for next year

Excellent location, nice staff, clean and tidy. Very noisy and no service at the pool during the day. Good but not great.
