酒店就在紐約大學邊上，看紐大探訪朋友的，和方便，但酒店的房間不大，床也不大。

酒店位置靠近紐約大學，本想體驗一下有歷史的酒店，但是體驗感特別差，整個酒店就像一個招待所，隔音差，房間小，總結起來一句話就是老破小.

muy limpio. muy cozy y romantico, muy bien situado entre Greenwich y Soho. cuarto muy chiquito pero limpio . el servicio bueno, sin mucho mas, no malo pero no extrordinario, falta la sonrisa y el extra mile diria yo. aun si el lobby es una maravilla con cheminea y un ambiente extrordianria

GREAT LOCATION but really awful hotel. Staff was not welcoming at check in, no information in rooms about dining options or information about hotel including coffee, etc. Lobby extremely small. 1 elevator, corridor area from elevator to hall extremely tight. Often times there was a line at the elevator. The KEY was this awful large piece that made it difficult to carry if you had a smaller purse. No ice machine? God awful bathrooms, outdated, extremely small, even for NYC standards. I booked this hotel after cancelling another reservation in a more well known chain but I wanted to check out after our first night. Location was perfect for the west village/NYU area but i wouldn't recommend anyone I know to stay here.

The Marlton hotel has a great staff, professional and knowledgeable, the rooms are clean, the beds very comfortable, the hot water comes on quickly, but the rooms are so small, there is no where to leave your suitcase open and accessible. The restaurant and bar are cozy, food and drink wonderful, and the wait staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay again, but bring a smaller bag!

Really lovely European style hotel very close to Washington square park. Easy access to west 4th subway and thus everywhere. Rooms are small but quaint, robes, slippers amenities. Good breakfast included, lovely living room atmosphere in lobby ( often crowded ) would definitely stay again

Das Frühstück war ein Witz und das angebliche Gourmetrestaurant sowie die Bar besetzt mit unproffessionellem Personal . Die Speisenqualität ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig.

I was in town for a conference at NYU. Everything went smoothly and I loved my short walk through the park each morning. I will definitely stay here next time I am in the city.

Lovely boutique hotel with incredible ambiance. Cozy lobby with several intimate seating choices for drinks, snacks conversation. Like old New York in a bubble. Staff is great. So accommodating and respectful. The neighborhood is our favorite in the city. Walkable with infinite dining choices. Complimentary breakfast is imaginative and fresh. Guest rooms are tiny but comfy and beautiful. It’s a perfect weekend stay. Very little storage for the week we were there. Small closet and no place to put clothes outside a suitcase. We were there for a wedding so had to bring a lot of ‘event’ clothes. I do highly recommend this hotel and we will come back and pack light!

Room was small (par for NYC) but comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Beautifully appointed -feels like you could be in Europe especially in the lobby and dining area. Keep in mind the rooms are a bit small and the whole hotel is like a tight ship. Staff is so professional and kind-must be coming from the top:)

PERFECT! This hotel is so quintessential downtown New York, with a ton of class and character. Let’s you feel like a New Yorker living in a walk-up apartment, even tho they have elevators. Small rooms of course, which only adds to the “I’m living in NYC l!” Vibe. Great bar and restaurant and lobby, incredible breakfast INCLUDED (awesome frittata!). Best part: complimentary NY Times laid out to take in the morning. Now that’s class.
