We sincerely regret that your stay did not meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the circumstances surrounding the concerns raised.Immediately after receiving your message via WeChat, our Security team was dispatched to your room to provide assistance. However, at that time, you explicitly declined our support and advised that no further assistance was required.When you subsequently reported that the cloth was damp, our team apologized and offered complimentary laundry service as a gesture of assistance. This offer was also declined.In our continued effort to provide service recovery and address your concerns, our management team proactively offered a late check-out until 14:00, a complimentary lunch, and complimentary transportation to your next hotel. Unfortunately, these offers were declined. You instead requested a refund equivalent to half a night’s room charge, which the property was unable to approve.We also noted that, following your departure at 13:00, our Housekeeping team found that the shower head in the bathroom had been broken during your stay. This was documented by our team for follow-up.We take guest feedback regarding cleanliness, facilities, and service response seriously and will continue to review these matters with the relevant departments to improve our standards. We regret that the service recovery options offered during your stay did not meet your expectations and appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention.The Chen Sea Team.
