布賴恩特公園飯店(Bryant Park Hotel)

Muy buena tarifa conseguí y muy buena atención! Gracias Ibamos a desayunar a Le Pain Quotidien en la misma cuadra.

The area is very convenient to Times Square, NYC Library, Central Park and shopping. Hot water in shower took a very long time to heat up. Also had to pay a $30 per night resort fee for booking with ******* which was buried in ******* booking.

We loved our stay! Hotel went above and beyond to make it a special weekend for our 20th anniversary with a room upgrade, champagne and chocolates and cupcakes with hand written notes. Can’t beat the location. Across from Bryant Park for the holiday market, easy walk down 5th Ave one way and Time Square the other direction. Ideal location.

Estuve una semana antes en este mismo hotel para celebrar mi cumpleaños y recibí, desde el mismo momento de la reserva en Hoteles.com una atención personalizada muy poco fecuente en en mundo actual y, sobre todo en New York. Un upgrade a una suite maravillosa en ambas estadías. Diferentes pero exquisitamente renovadas dentro de un edificio emblemático para los amantes de la arquitectura como yo, dónde todo el protagonismo y la decoración minimalista apuntan a esos ventanales mirando al Bryant Park o al Empire State que son obras de arte vivas. Cuidado en cada detalle, desde recibirte con tu nombre, carta escrita a mano ya sabiendo tus planes para la estadía y chocolates deliciosos. Todo el staff liderado con maestría y amabilidad por Siobhan siempre con una palabra gentil y atentos a todos los requerimientos. Cómo arquitecta el edificio del hotel me resultaba atractivo de visitas previas, pero algunos comentarios muy expresivos leídos en Expedía me decidieron a elegir The Bryant Park Hotel y la experiencia fue aún mejor que la imaginada. Desde ahora the Bryant será nuestra casa fuera de casa en NY. Gracias a todos por hacer de una estadía una experiencia inolvidable!

1. I booked the hotel online, paid fully, but spent nearly a hour trying to check in. Because my credit card isn't with me, they refuse to take me in even though I offered cash for the deposit. No matter what I say, She wouldn't help me, asking me to leave the hotel and find other options. It was 10pm and I was every frustrated. I asked to speak with her manager, and she said she is the manager. 2. There is a hidden fee I never encountered with any other hotel in New York. And the staff wouldn't even try to explain what it is. 3. The hotel itself is convenient with its location near Bryant park, but the staff and overall experience with their service is really bad.

We would definitely stay here again. The Bryant Park area is wonderful—and that very much includes the park itself. It’s an oasis in Midtown Manhattan, perfect for sitting with a cup of coffee, people watching or taking part in offered activities. Also, transportation could not be easier: subway stations, walk to theaters and even a stop for the very direct bus to Newark airport. Our room was upgraded from Standard to Junior Suite and this gave us twice the square footage I’ve ever had in a Manhattan hotel. Not enough can be said for the blackout shades. That and the white noise maker they provided allowed for good sleep despite being on the 7th floor and hearing the street at times. Great water pressure. They cleaned our room everyday which seems like a luxury now, and reflects the excellent service we experienced throughout our stay. Only gripe is the wood floor in the room badly needs replacement.

チェックインまでの待ち時間にもわざわざラウンジに座席を用意してくれたり、 顔を覚えてくれて、部屋番号を伝えなくてもタクシーを予約してくれたり、とても親切でした 朝はロビーにコーヒーとマフィンがあり助かりました

My husband and I stayed at The Bryant Park hotel for a quick overnight to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel sent over a form a few days prior to know of any preferences, etc. We booked it through ******* as a VIP property, which includes a free upgrade if available and a bottle of prosecco. Upon arrival, check in was a breeze, and not only did they honor the upgrade, they put us in the penthouse suite, which was such a lovely surprise! Room was clean and spacious, location is wonderful and convenient but, most importantly, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely come back
