there was a full on kitchen and big fridge which was great and the room was just perfect!

The room was good except for the bathroom sink which had slow drain when the sink was filled with water, also the flat screen TV kept going off and then coming back on. The kitchen was nice, it served it's purpose, and the room was very clean.

Loved the view. Room was filthy on arrival. Water issue never resolved. Carpet along sliding door constantly wet 2' in. Would have veen a nice room if maintained properly.

Property is very old and not well maintained. Room showed its age and wooden frame on bathroom mirror was broken and visible piece taken out of it. Tub faucets were very loose and felt like they were ready to come out of the wall. Other than ocean front I would not recommend

The oceanfront room with the balcony was fantastic. Venus, the daytime front desk person was great. The evening person wasn't quite as personable.

This property has a great location - ocean front on 45th street. Close to Seacrets, Macky's, and Fagers Island. Short bike ride to the boardwalk. Staying here includes access to the amenities at the nice Aloft hotel on 45th street bayside. But - this is a very old hotel and it shows. Rooms and bathrooms are worn out and in need of rehab. TV was old and channel selection was poor. Super bright light on balcony with no way to turn it off. I'd shop around to compare prices before booking here again.

This was our very first for an ocean view so it definitely didn’t disappoint. We would definitely stay at the place again in the future. What I didn’t like was the timing because it was cloudy and rainy so it wasn’t the best time to visit but we made the best out of our trip. Thank you for the hospitality we really enjoyed ourselves.

The room was dirty as dirty can be. I found a bra from a previous guest., the floor and carpet no vacuumed., the bathroom clean but clogged. I have a video with tons of crawling insects in the ceiling., completely disgusting., they offer me a can of bag sprayer that I have to apply. The beds are completely uncomfortable even my son told me that he wakes up with a very back ache and my husband and I had a really bad backache as well. I try sleeping over a bed made with pillows. The range have only 1 burner working and also they don’t offer a room cleaning and they told me that I need to clean the room and change my beds and clean the bathroom myself. I was there to enjoy my vacation not to clean my room and in the 3 weeks of my stayed I have to try my best to keep my room clean and buy my own stuffs like toilet paper, paper towels, towels and even cleaning stuffs to keep the room clean. I also have pictures of the sofa with lots of stains. Unfortunately they didn’t want to refund my money or change me to a different hotel from the same carrousel group. The pool have the last stepladder broken and I hurt myself really bad in my leg when I was trying to get in the pool. I love ocean city and this is my 3 year in a row there and I’m planning to go next year but I will definitely not staying in this hotel again. The good thing about this hotel is the walking distance to the beach, the view, location and the coffee too.

Property/Room was in terrible condition. We were placed in room 106 ocean front patio. No ocean view and was deceived by the description of the room. Additionally when getting settled into the room, we discovered the mattress was stained and filthy. The air conditioner unit in the room was covered in thick dust which looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Ceiling near the dining table is covered in thick dust and webs. The toilet in the room would not flush; we brought this to the attention to the front desk on 2 occasions and asked if maintenance could fix it, but they never came and we had to use outside public restrooms (myself, 2 young children and a pregnant wife). I attempted to try and fix the toilet but discovered the tank of the toilet was so filthy that i wouldn’t attempt to touch it. Also the plunger mechanism was being held together by a zip tie which was broken. Walls in the room had several spots that looks like liquid was stained on it and not cleaned. To say the very least this is the most unsatisfied I have ever been when staying at a hotel and I will not be returning.

It is in a great location and has a small kitchen area. The beds were comfortable and the room was fairly soundproof. The bathroom was nice, clean, and functional. If you plan to do any cooking, the kitchen area is not well stocked at all. Four plastic bowls, 5 mismatched plates, no sharp knife, small saucepan, etc. Very barren. And we had to wash the few things that were there before they could be used.

This is a mixed review. The cost, relative to other places was less. A short walk to the beach, and an easy return to eat lunch/use the bathroom. The room was large, and met all of our needs. Minuses: the shower head came out of the wall in a low position. A six-ft tall person would have to duck under it. The curtain rod had a sloping angle to it, so the curtain was open about 8" from each end. The workers doing laundry started @ 7am, so their conversations were audible from early-on (sound-proofing poor; not their fault.) Towels were washed and dried, but not well-laundered (i.e., had food stuck to them, had marks/scuffs on them; some had edges shredded, with foot-long threads.). All-in-all, not a bad experience, but it didn't meet the level of places like mid-level national chains. Def needs management to put some love (read: money) into it.

This property was right on the beach. It was also close to area restaurant such as Taphouse, Secrets, Dry Dock 28, Bad Monkey, and much more. Room was clean, but wish there was a broom or vacuum to pick up sand and sweep floors. Otherwise. Room was clean and had all the amenities including free beach chairs and mini golf. You also have the options to use the restaurant, bar, and exercise room across the street on bay side at a hotel call Aloft. Would stay at this condo again.

Well to dirty for the price I really did not want to stay after I got in I been in different hotels but this one nonono

The view from our room was beautiful and both the beach and an amazing place to eat were only a few steps away. It was perfect for us. We will be back.
