On the main busy road easy access to everything Bourbon Street in walking distance the ****** was in walking distance basically most of the attractions are in walking distance. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at hotel .

Great hotel with everything you need. If you are in town for a show at the Saenger Theatre as we were it is perfect. one block walk over. Plenty close enough to walk to. Decor was cool, bed was comfortable, A/C could have been colder. Breakfast downstairs was good. Overall a great spot to get that NOLA experience right on Canal. Will return.

I checked in around 530 and my room wasn’t ready, I was given a voucher for a drink- ordered a drink and was charged an additional $4. The entire hotel reeked of natural gas and ****. The valet/door men were too occupied on their phones or talking to each other to open the door and greet you. The hotel is extremely understaffed. The walls looked banged up. For the price you pay per night you would expect better service, cleaner halls

Visited during spring break. The hotel is in a good location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel’s lobby was nice and clean however the room was dirty. The bathroom had mold in the tiles the curtain by the bed looked like it had mucus on it. Other than the cleanliness of the room the staff was really nice and helps and the hotel is in a great location. It’s quiet that you don’t get the noise from bourbon street but so close to all the great restaurants and night life.

My wife booked this hotel for a weekend birthday celebration for me. The ambiance of the hotel was great. Service was excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It’s in the middle of everything. Walkable to shopping, restaurants, and Nola nightlife. The only drawback if I had to find one would be that my particular room didn’t have a view. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable. Also, be advised that there is $100 per day incidental fee the hotel charges and holds until you check out. The $100 per day fee is refunded after your stay. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Very close to Bourbon Street and walkable to even the WWII Museum, the building could nevertheless use a substantial renovation

This is a solid hotel within walking distance of the French Quarter and all other fun areas of downtown NOLA. Love this place!

I recently stayed at The Saint Hotel in New Orleans for my wedding weekend in the French Quarter, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon entering our room on the second day as newlyweds, we were shocked to find that the beds were unmade and the room hadn't been cleaned. There was a note on the bed claiming they couldn't make it because our belongings were on it (a shirt and pair of jeans), which we understood. However, what we couldn't comprehend was why the trash from the night before our wedding hadn't been emptied. We promptly called the front desk to request housekeeping, but after leaving for a few hours and returning, the room remained untouched. This lack of response was unacceptable, especially on such an important occasion. To add insult to injury, on our wedding night, we went out for a nice dinner only to return and find our car, which had been valeted earlier that morning, parked in front of the hotel as if it were waiting to be picked up. We spoke with the valet, who directed us to the front desk, where we were informed that a guest had called for the car. This situation left us feeling uneasy, as we couldn't shake the feeling that our car may have been taken for a joyride. Overall, we were extremely dissatisfied with the service we received at The Saint Hotel. As frequent guests of the Marriott chain, we expected much more. This experience has left us questioning whether we will choose to stay at a Marriott property in the future.
