Personnel très courtois et serviable à notre arrivée, grande chambre et très propre.

The pool is not in operation but the ******* web site did not indicate this and I booked the hotel thinking there was a pool for my kids.

You can't beat the location of this hotel. Although it is clean it is an older property and no matter how clean the window treatments, the carpeting the bathrooms are dingy. The service staff and front staff are all lovely. There is hot breakfast and basic toast, muffins, boiled eggs, cereals, juices also available. Nothing spectacular but it was nice to have the breakfast. They also have a indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Both well maintained. I'm not crazy about the whole "optional by request" cleaning of the rooms. I understand when that was being done during the height of COVID. However now still not back to the former level of service is frustrating.

Dirty, outdated, you can hear the room next to us when they’re using the bathroom or even turning on the faucet. Breakfast very minimal and when asked for yogurts or fruits they didn’t have any.

Enjoyed there, the fan in bathroom was not working but everything else was good including room,kitchen natural light, parking.

Homewood Suites was a fantastic hotel at a midway point between Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The location was ideal for my wife and I who spent 4 days to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel room featured a small kitchen area and was pretty nice overall. We liked that it felt like a small studio apartment with a little living room area as well as a small table by the kitchen that served as a small dining area. In the bathroom, the water pressure was great in the shower. The sink drain was a little slow but overall there weren't any real complaints. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were among the best I've ever slept on. It helped us rest at night. The TV had basic cable and they also had free wi-fi as well as a wired internet connection. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were great amenities. They also had to bbq grills at an outside area by the pool which we did not use. They also had a basketball half-court. Moreover, they also had a small little firepit which was pretty cool. The breakfast was pretty traditional for a hotel room. They had a few cereal choices and they usually had egg and sausage as well. They also had toast and bagel with your classic cream cheese. To drink they had coffee and either apple or orange juice. It was a decent breakfast that helped set us up properly for the beginning of the day. Anytime we return to Buffalo and Niagara Falls, we will surely consider staying here again.

Hotel was very nice, clean, the front desk was all smiles all the time! The pool and hot tub very nice as well! I would definitely stay again !!

Rooms are cozy and comfortable with terrific amenities. Has an "at home" vibe. They delivered on the various requests I made. I slept like a baby.

An older Hotel but in fantastic clean condition. It was perfect. Very clean super friendly and always smiling staff. Easy access To like anything food or shopping related. A great continental breakfast. And as a bonus the night we arrived they had their "Social" it was so fun, wine, beer, snacks, soup and salad, cheese and crackers, Salimi and so much more. Lots of parking easy access to the 290. Even though close to the interstate it is very quiet in the room. Just a great place to stay. Really close to ECMC and the VA Hospital. We will be back. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice big, clean room. Comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient to all of the places we wanted to go to

The property was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. What I enjoyed the most was the pool, hot tub and the gym. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again. I truly enjoyed my time there.
