This was my first stay at this particular hotel in Nashville. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, as well as the hospitality extended by the personnel at the front desk. I am already making preparations to stay here again during the upcoming football season.

Clean, no noise, comfortable bed, nice staff Good location: still downtown but away from the noise of the bars!

The room was perfect! Very comfortable bed where you felt like you were sleeping on a marshmallow. The kitchenette was great for those who want yo save some money or just vring back leftovers. Bathroom was very spacious, had a tub and multiple shower heads. The hotel was a short walk to Broadway, even in the cold the walk was bearable. It was really easy to get an uber and pretty quickly. This hotel is in a perfect location as you are close enough to the party cebtral but dont have to deal with the noise or people. You get the best of both worlds.

The hotel is just 10 minutes walk from Downtown Broadway, the restaurant at the rooftop served best meals (ate 2x there), staffers are very friendly and professional (especially miss Kristen, miss Victoria, miss Autumn and Mr Jowan). Clean and safe area to walk at night

I’m not sure exactly what happened, but during check in I swiped my CC and I signed for the purchase. As the lady at the counter was giving me my keys, somehow their “system went crazy” and it was showing as if I never paid. She swiped my card like 6-7 times (no joke) and it kept declining. In my head I was sure it was because the purchase had gone through. They told me not to worry about it and let me in my room. As I was half asleep, they called me twice to tell me I needed to come down immediately to take care of it. I told them I had been up since 4:30AM and asked if we could take care of this the next day… I’m not going anywhere. They said no. I spent another hour downstairs with them trying to figure it out. They even asked me for another card. I finally got someone from my bank on the phone who CONFIRMED that the card was declining because the first purchase had gone through. I was also stopped at check out because of this and had to tell the lady what happened. Same thing happened to a couple that was checking in at the same time as me. Get your system together. They charge for parking on top of the already high price for the room.

Have stayed at numerous hotels in the downtown area over the past few years, and this was by far the best overall experience, from check-in to check-out!! Great location, very clean, and very courteous valet/staff!! Ps. My wife is in love with the fragrance/air freshener in the the lobby area!!😝🙌😎

Great location! Within walking distance to the Nashville Municipal Auditorium and Broadway! Very clean, staff is super friendly & hotel is very secure. You do have to pay for valet parking during your stay, It was $42 but it’s worth it!

Very clean rooms and common areas. Staff was very courteous and professional. Will be staying there again my next trip to Nashville!!

Super clean hotel! Friendly staff! Comfy beds! This was one of the best hotel stays for us! Would love to stay again! It’s a bit pricey and valet parking only so that plays a factor but overall super impressed!

Breakfast is great and super convenient. Staff was friendly and hotel was nicely furnished. Location was not ideal. It’s next door to a detention center but doesn’t feel unsafe, I should mention. It’s also a little off from Broadway. Ubers arrived within minutes of calling though.

A convenient 15 minute walk to Broadway. The outdoor patio offered a good opportunity to relax after a busy day.

Took my wife to Nashville for our 46th Wedding Anniversary to see Celtic Woman. The hotel was excellent. Wanted one that was close to Tennessee Performing Arts theatre.It was less than a 10 min walk. Was able to check in a little early which was great. Had a great restaurant there called Zeppelin’s which we had dinner at. Food was tremendous. Breakfast in the morning which was great. All the people there were more than friendly and eager to assist.
