如果開車去地點算是方便，服務快捷，設施也比較齊全。距離摩根小鎮大約10分鐘車程，附近有條小河，環境算是優美。

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I was there for 4 nights. The location is excellent if you are traveling by car. It is next to several restaurants and places to shop. The service is friendly, and it is quiet. It might be the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at, and it was full of guests each night. I will definitely stay there from now on every time I visit Morgantown.

Great Hotel, 5 stars in all categories. We needed a pet friendly hotel and this Hampton Inn & Suites was just that. Front desk allowed an early check- in when we arrived early from our road trip and put us in a room on a lower level to make it convenient for taking our senior citizen furr ball outside. All day fresh coffee was awesome and the hot breakfasts each day was fantastic. We will definitely stay there again the next time we're in Morgantown.

Overall stay was good. This is my second time staying here. My only issue was that check-in was slow. Only one person working guest services and he was on the phone with a future guest who was asking lots of questions. There were multiple people waiting in the lobby to check-in. Later during our stay, the desk was unattended, the phone was ringing, there were people waiting to check-in, and the person on duty was on another floor helping a guest. Definitely need more people working this location. The attendant was very friendly & courteous. It was not his fault; he just needs more help.

Unfortunately we booked this $300 a night US hotel for our drive to Hilton Head SC. We selected because it was right off the hwy and had a pool for our son. The pool was green, our view was of the lobby roof. Not impressed with the stay for the price that's for sure!

We .ove this hotel. Convenient for all WVU activities and very easy to get to this location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They have a nice lobby and breakfast area as well as an outdoor seating area with two fire pits. Highly recommend

The check in lady was not friendly to us she was on the phone while I was trying to check in. The only thing she said was do you have ID. She did not say thank you or enjoy your stay or let us know where the elevator was. It felt like we were bothering her. Everything else was good.

Very rude person on check in, upon return some one else was on the room that I had a key for. At the front desk the night person took over 15 minutes to get me another room, part of his time was spent talking on the phone.

My only issue which affected my sleep was that we had 3 out of 4 pillows were feather. I am allergic to feathers. We checked with the front desk and they said they were out of non feather pillows. I used the one non feather pillow and the chair cushion my spouse who also can’t use feather pillows wrapped the chair pillow in a pillow case. I have acid reflux so I have to propped up more. It was very nice hotel other than that. I can’t excuse not having allergy friendly pillows available. I would have went out and bought some but I had 3 brand new ones at home.

LIKED THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFASTS AND COMFY BEDS DISLIKED PULLING OUT OF THE PARKING LOT.

Everyone was so nice. The rooms were very clean . Staff was extremely helpful. Loved the breakfast and coffee. The outside was very nice with all the tables and chairs to sit. Loved the fire pits.

Some towels were not vey clean and there were a few mall bugs around the room, also the bed linens appear to be damped.

The property and room felt outdated..
