Mal ubicado, hotel justo a un lado del free way, cuarto justo a un lado donde pasan los carros por lo que es ruido toda la noche. Sillón viejo que no se hace sofá cama y te lo rentan como si fuera suite. Área de restaurante con sillas viejas sumidas que no te puedes sentar. Personal mal humorado. Estacionamiento te cobran por día y ni si quiera es estacionamiento, es abajo de un free way lejos del hotel. No me volvería a quedar jamás en ningún Comfort Suites.

El personal de recepción y cocina es super amable sin excepción 1. Encontre un calzon sucio de dama en mi habitacion y lo unico que me dijeron fue una disculpa no fueron ni para recogerlo, asco total 2. El sofa cama estaba lleno de polvo 3. Un dia no limpiaron la habitacion 4. La zon al rededor del hotel es peligrosa, mucho indigente . 5. Cobran 15 dolares diarios por estacionarte en el hotel

Sofa Dirty, Sheets Dirty, Carpet Dirty, Curtains, Dirty, Ceiling Dirty, all the room was dirty, elevators dirty, this hotel is far away from the standards of other Comfort Inn Hotels.

Limpio amable muy cerca del centro .

Check-in staff gave us a room/room key that was still being cleaned. Had to stand in the hall and wait for housekeeping to finish cleaning it. There is a venue next door that apparently has an outside stage and a band started playing at 11pm and didn't stop for a couple of hours (poolside of the hotel). There were a lot of homeless people in the area harassing drivers at the traffic light and stop sign intersections. I would not consider the Riverwalk as walkable from this hotel.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Any concerns we had they helped us right away. I would stay again on our next trip!!

The room seemed old. The wall paper was poorly done. The roof over the beds seemed as if water was leaking and had the appearance of mold underneath. And we had a teenage roach crawling along the wall over the sofa.

Not really on the River Walk, but didn't wait more than 5min for an uber of Lyft

This place was wonderful. Aside from the plunger in the sink being broken so we couldn't fill it with water, everything was great. We felt safe and valued as guests.

We didn’t even stay there. The hotel stated it was on the Riverwalk. They didn’t list you had to pay for parking, the parking was a bad area. We ended up getting a refund.

Neighborhood is super shady. Lots of homeless loitering but otherwise fine
