Visiting friends that live here & found the new Quality Inn sign as the attractant. The lobby is crisp & clean & the rooms are right in front of the parking as a great convenience. This is an old design for traveler convenience. The rooms are clean & the need for better bedding is evident. The weekly construction workers stay here and they drink & party with Mexican boom boom music in the back parking lot until 11pm nightly. The hotel told us that the regulars can do this till 11pm. We were roomed by this party tonight. The ice machine in our building was broken & the morning breakfast was slim. The waffle maker did add zest to the offering of sugared cereal and coffee with warm up Jimmy Dean sausage sandwich. The free computer was very nice & the Quality Inn made lobby makeover was refreshing. The shower was very nice and the air conditioner worked well. This is a location specific hotel that gets most guests because there is not any other place to stay in this price point range here. The location and construction workers keep this hotel afloat. I can now see why the new area hotel gets $300 per night. The staff were pleasant and friendly but they are running a tired horse that needs new beds, new linens, new room motif and simply a makeover that is demanded if they want the vacationing traveler. The owners have a budget type clientele and a great location that works for them. Our next visit to North Wilkesboro will simply be a day trip with lodging in a newer hotel. Thankyou

I arrived late and just needed a place to sleep and did not want to pay for frills I wouldn't use. This is a nice basic hotel. Clean, good heating system. Comfortable beds. Good basic breakfast, consisting of breakfast sandwich, waffles, fruit, yogurt and various juices and coffee. I'll be back.

This is an older hotel. Despite that, the hotel is clean and comfortable. You will feel safe here!!!

Nice location , lots of places within walking distance. Front desk was very friendly and informative. This hotel had to separate buildings with the pool in-between, kept very clean and I did not run into any issues. Prices for rooms were very affordable.

Convenient location, fair priced, clean, comfortable hotel with a well-lighted parking area. It was just what we were looking for while passing through the area. There were several restaurants very close to the hotel. We were able to grab a quick meal within a very short walk from the hotel room.

Always a wonderful stay; with friendly, hard working staff and very clean room with cozy, fluffy beds. The very comfortable beds are the best part about the room and the staff are the best part of the experience

It's a rundown hotel and it needs serious renovations. The room, the bed was not cleaned. There were roaches in the room. The sink and the bathtub have hair from somebody. The room was dusty and I had to wiped the room down.

Attempted to cancel my reservation 3 weeks before due date. I was put on hold and after about 10 minutes call was dropped. The $19.99 fee(?) that was added because I did not want the discounted rate was to guarantee refund of the full amount (3 days) if I had to cancel was the only refund I got. So over $250 was stolen from me.

Great weekend for my husband and I. Great location close to FaithFest close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was great and helpful. Room were clean beds were comfortable. Highly recommend this place

1. Lots of people yelling, screaming and arguing in parking lot, all night. 2. Found vile of white powdery substance in room? 3. Dirty sheets, burnt comforters , dirty, dirty dirty carpet 4. People live at the motel, kept in back of property 5. creepy guys hanging around all day/night- not sure what they are waiting for?? 6. no breakfast 7. no shampoo, soap, etc... provided in rooms 8 A/C is not working properly 9 cracks between door and door frame, can see through and watch as people walk by room or worse, linger outside of room. 10. Hope this is enough

This place was a good value and we got lots of rest after many days with family in the area. The coffee shop I’m he parking lot was a great asset as I am a bit of a coffee snob and the coffee there was excellent.

The stay was ok and the service was okay didn’t like they didn’t take any business checks to check in also there was no vending machines and the drunk machine which only was one didn’t work correctly and everything else was fine .

The tub was clogged and would not drain. Mold under bath mat. Other people's hair in the beds. Dust and dirt every where. Ac filter totally disgusting. The fort desk gut was completely rude. When I reported the issues the first desk man was very rude and told me I had to wait because maintenance was not there. I spent a 100 dollars a night and this place was a roach motel

Basic and no frills, but clean. Can be a little noisy from the parking lot/road depending on where you are placed on the property. Walking distance from several restaurants, grocery store and a Walmart.
