Pictures were not really accurate to actually seeing the room. We’ve found some stink bugs inside the room near the window and the bathrooms are incredibly small

Beautiful, great service and everything, room was amazing , but i am still struggling to get my 50$ safety deposit back over a week after i checked out

I have stayed at this property before, and I did enjoy it, however, this time around it’s a different story. The bedsheets look like they were not changed because I could have seen dirty spots on them, even on the pillow. I called the front Dess to get someone to come up and change the sheets however, it was late in the night, no one was available, I had to go down and get the sheets myself and change the bed myself. Very disappointing, other than that it is a great location especially if you are planning on going to the Pocono outlet mall which is walking distance only.

I really enjoy the stay with my family there The tv had so many channel . I enjoy lifetime show lol Breakfast was good Staff friendly Pool was so much fun & hot tub Room really clean Everything so close by , the mall a 2 minute drive I would love to go again

Our stay was cool. The breakfast was good. Not too far from the outlets and Camelback. The rooms were a bit small but the staff managed to help accommodate us with another room at a discounted price.

The room could have been more cleaner. There was baby roach in the bathroom and in the cups they provide in the room. The carpet in the hallway could have been vacuumed.

The bathroom was small but clean, The pool side was a bit unkept and dirty but overall, the staff were excellence.

the actual check in took forever even though i did not wait to be attended to. the hotel was set up so weird we couldn't find our room because it wasn't just right on the 3rd floor. we had to go up to the second floor then go around this out of the way hall way then up the stairs. all while lugging luggage and a small child. none of the directions to get there was explained when we checked in so we spent a few times going up and down halls and stairs to find it. only being able to find it when a staff member took us there. then the key wasn't activated to get in to the room so someone had to bring another. i checked in with the attendant at 8:40 and didn't get into the room until 9:10 because of all the issues with their room assignment and the awful layout. the room itself seemed fine. it looked cleaned. water pressure on shower was not great. the room smelled so bad like chemically or smokey? i'm not sure but my guess it was from the fireplace in the room? no fire was set while we were there so i'm not sure. but it made the stay a little uncomfortable.

Next to the shopping mall and very close to camelback resort. the Property is clean and the free breakfast was very good
