Situated at the base of Citadel, the hotel had free parking space. We booked a king room with a bathtub that included. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the bathroom was insufficient, resulting in a limited flow that made the shower experience uncomfortable. Otherwise the room is spacious, with complimentary coffee machine and coffee capsules, check-in and check-out services are efficient. A good stop-over hotel, I would recommend.

When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, the key card did not work. Had to ask people from the kitchen as the receptionist already went home and we were told that no one was at the reception after 10pm. The first two staffs told us to call the given number in case of any problem as they were from the kitchen and not the front desk. They really weren't willing to check the door or maybe the key card themselves. Called the number and the person said just give it another try as she was sure it would work. DID NOT WORK AT ALL!!! 100x : The door did not open. Tried to ask another kitchen employee and he checked it on the pc and he had to activate the key card... waited almost 30 minutes outside the room! ! ! What kind of service is that? So got in, took a shower and when we’re about to sleep, had to remove the duvet as it was too hot…the sheet was dirty, lots of hair and some unpleasant small particles (look at the picture I took). Called the staffs from the kitchen again and all what the woman could say was: ”It's impossible” ”It can’t be” whaat!!! Very upset because they were really rude! Showed no respect at all and wouldn't even try to check the bed and find a solution. Until I spoke to another kitchen worker and showed the dirt. She even said she didn't want to be on that bed (so why did it to us? And why not willing to help?) I got 2 sheets from her to cover the dirty ones instead of removing first the dirty one and put a clean sheet on it. I wonder how those 3 stars represent the hotel and with the “Best Western” on it too? TRAUMATIZING experience!!!
