Hotel staff is excellent and very cheerful,very helpful,every day Seema helped us on breakfast table. We had come in 2016 and choose to come here only.very vibrant vibes Staff was very courteous and inviting On the whole a very good stay and a memorable trip.

The resort is really a place you can go to, to have a chill few days of tranquility and quiet. The staff is really prompt with their service, place is well maintained. Out room was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Special mention goes out to laxmi at the restaurant for being very courteous, warm and helpful!

Exceptional service and great food. The view was amazing and the staff was quick to serve and clean up the table. Really appreciated Kajal and Krishna especially for making it a more warm experience. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is travelling through Mussorie, especially if you have a electric car to charge

Excellent food, great experience and great service. Very efficient EV a charger that helped us too with our vehicle. Loved the dosa for breakfast buffet. Specifically recommended Ms. Kajal’s service. Thank you so much for all the support.

All over was excellent and resturant services are very well and amazing for morning breakfast and staff are very friendly and caring especially miss Kamli was so supportive and experience. Hospitality was so wonderful and view are ameabince. Thank again all services staff

We Have Booked this So called 5* Resort Hotel through Make My Trip.. we were not provided matress, we have clearly asked while booking we will need mattres.. really disappointed with Hotel Management.. and Also Make My Trip team.. not recommended.. our Room no was 6205 4 to 6 may 2024 we stayed there...never waste your Hard Earned Money in this type of so called 5 star Hotel..
