從大廳到房間都覺得很乾凈、整齊。 大廳有電腦可以免費上網，也提供免費地圖供遊客索取。 床很舒服，房間大，雖然每間房間都有小客廳，但每間房間格局不大一樣，有些覺得很怪XD（例如長形的房間，一進門是床再來是浴室，最後才是客廳...），不過不妨礙住宿品質就是。 清潔部分，清潔人員很用心（也可能是因為我們給了2塊小費的關係***D。 附近有地鐵站、公車站、Starbucks、Subway等吃、交通都很方便~ 非常推薦小住幾日的遊客來住，以後再到舊金山會豪不猶豫的再來住一次。

Estuvimos en familia. Nuestra estancia fue placentera el hotel está Limpio, toallas y sábanas en excelente estado ; excelente ubicación y muy amable el personal. Un desayuno continental incluído. Necesitábamos refri y amablemente nos proporcionaron uno......

Sehr gut gelegen, sauber, freundlich. Ich würde mich jederzeit wieder bei diesem Hotel einchecken. Leider war unser Wetter nicht so schön, daher konnten wir den Pool nicht benutzen, aber er war sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Immer wieder gerne!

Edward ñ, the Front staff, are amazing! Really professional and Caring! I wish I could have stayed longer! Rooms were super clean! Makes you feel safe with security and closed parking garage! Sam at the front desk was super professional! Okay have a good day

My only complaint is I wish the rooms had air conditioners.And the windows don't open.Besides that it was very nice.The front desk staff was very accommodating.Love the pool area.Beds where comfortable.And I like that there was security out front.

I liked the services and people at the front desk. Beautiful pool and view. The pool was so warm. I liked the bathroom but there was only one sent for every product. At night there was an annoying noise and it made it hard to sleep. The security came to check it out and I think it stopped. The breakfast was good. The coffee was perfect.

The room was nice, the pillows were amazing. Both the gym and pool were open so that was nice. Nathan at the front desk was funny and helpful. My only complaint would be the construction but that’s an inevitable problem in SF so can I really complain.

This place is an affordable little gem. It's close to everything you want to see in downtown San Francisco....which means, you are in downtown San Francisco. Expect to see people at their best and at their worst. This place felt safe to me, with 24 hour front desk staff and security. The staff could not have been better, especially Sam at the front desk, who answered my many questions with cheerfulness and patience. The pool area is charming, with plenty of towels and comfy furniture. (No hot tub though.) Many of the rooms face the courtyard which has a lovely decorative pool. These rooms do not have windows facing the street, which cuts down on noise quite a bit. The building itself is old, but the furniture in the rooms and the lobby are up to date and in great shape. The beds are comfy and the linens and towels seem new. Good pillows! I've stayed at a lot of budget motels in SF, and this is one of the best so far!

The website does not mention anything about paying for parking. It is $60 for valet parking. There is no self parking allowed in their garage. They give you nearby public parking options. Please be careful when booking this hotel. We were gonna cancel our one-night reservation but they were charging us a “cancellation fee” for the amount of our reservation. What a scam

Edward was very helpful at the front desk. Great reception and was very friendly. Gave us maps and told us where restaurants were. I would definitely recommend and come back as well. The parking was also great because we could come in and out with no problems.
