Decent hotel in the busy area of andheri. Good connectivity to metro. But breakfast needs to improve a lot. It was really poor.

Great clean hotel. Excellent location. Room size was pretty good for 3 adults. The breakfast was good and sufficient, especially the service. They even offered to serve at the table and even ****ered my toast. This was a first to me. The first look of the hotel is beautiful with a large reception area. The staff as a whole were very courteous. The hotel is located at a walking distance from the western express highway metro station in andheri. There are lot of restaurants nearby and street food stalls. Very close to the airport and other offices. Will stay again here.

Service was very poor and the rooms were very small and unclean. Washrooms were extremely small and dirty. Food were not upto the taste.

We were looking for clean and hygienic stay near airport and found the same was pleasantly surprise at the attitude and behaviour of the staff we stayed here for 2 nights with family and loved the stay food quality was good and retaurant service was very good would definetly look forward to stay again

Stayed at this property for 3 nights on a recent business trip. Located right in the middle of the business area of Andheri, this hotel offers a very convenient, comfortable and pleasant lodging experience. The hotel is in Suren Road in Andheri East, just about 2 min wakable distance from the Western Express Highway metro station. Being a commercial area, the place is bustling with people, throughout the day and till late into the night; dotted with street food vendors and a few restaurants and bars. The hotel has quite an elegant decor with courteous and efficient staff. The room was well maintained with all the essential aminities....confortable, functional and professional. The service was good and efficient. They have a restaurant at the ground floor which offers room service round-the-clock and breakfast/luch/dinner at designated hours. Food was good and service was professional and efficient. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and it will definitely be on my list if I happen to visit this side of Mumbai. Recommend this hotel, especially if you are visiting this area on business.

I had stayed at this hotel during my last visit with my family to mumbai 3 years ago. The hotel is situated at a prime location and is very near to the airport (t 2. I liked the ambience of the hotel. The rooms are very neat and clean. The services provided were also excellent. I would therefore prefer to stay at this hotel whenever i visit mumbai.

Residency hotel is very pricey as compared to the quality of stay, rooms are big, lot of unnecessary mirrors in the room which can be removed, there just might be vastu dosham also in the hotel. Beds not very comfortable & proper space utilization have not been done of the room. It felt as if things are kept just for the sake of keeping it. Hotel needs to consult an architect & vastu consultant asap
