環境很好很舒適 有免費早餐

Estuvimos 3 días La habitación súper espaciosa muy limpia y olorosa y los pasillos y e lobby también la zona de desayuno también se mantenía muy limpia. Sábanas muy blancas y toallas también. Solo la ducha necesita un toque de mantenimiento. La Sra del front desk muy amable nos regaló un tiempo más pues nuestro vuelo salía en la tarde. Solo un detalle que daría un toque de excelencia. Deberían poder brindar información actual de actividades o espectáculos locales. Pues estando tan cerca sentimos mucho el perdernos el show musical de fuegos artificiales en el río le hubiera dado el punto especial a nuestro fin de semana feriado.

The hotel shuttle pickup from the airport with somewhat of a joke. The front desk person is also the shuttle driver! So when we arrived at the airport at 8:30 in the evening, the front desk attendant told us we had to wait because she had people in line. We waited for almost an hour to be picked up! Not a great experience especially being from out of town. And then the morning we had to leave, we had a flight that left at 7:15am and we were told that the shuttle service would be starting at 5:00 a.m. We booked the shuttle service only to come down that morning and we're told that the shuttle was not available. So we had to end up calling an Uber. :-( Ridiculous.

Clean towels, sheets, bed. Obviously had a fire recently because there was a bed, bedding and boxspring along with glass outside our window. Breakfast was ok.

Manager was very kind but property having faulty AC units, bathroom tub and pipes are worst condition. AC unit noise, don’t let you sleep.

Room was close to elevator and bed was comfortable. But based on Expedia's site I believed it was a handicap accessible room but it was not. Breakfast was not entirely enjoyable. Limited choices, eggs were overcooked and rubbery.

Hotel was very clean and room was a good size. Flight was early, so we didn't have breakfast. Would defiantly stay again.

I like the service and the condition of everything. I wish there was some food places a little closer, but not a big deal.

Tub was chipped & bottom finish was pealing with half the surface feeling sticky with a discoloring of beige to rusty brown color. Dusty on side table & TV, smeared screen

When we arrived, water was running through the toilet & probably had been leaking all day - or since the last cleaning. The young lady at the desk & my husband made many attempts & finally stopped the leak. She was helpful, but did not have access to the janitorial supplies, which made it more difficult.

We were in the accessible room. It is in desperate need of an update, especially the bathroom. The tub area was so bad neither of us used it and I had planned on a shower. We were only able to wash up at the sink. Also, it is NOT accessible. My friend uses a walker so we could have gotten her in the tub, but if she were using a wheelchair it would not have worked. It is not a walk in. The grab bars around the toilet are not placed correctly. There is a very limited place to put anything. One of us had to use the coffee table to put luggage, so we could not use it for anything else like sitting at to eat. Marks and holes on the walls, curtains and carpet. It was dark and dingy. The breakfast was even bad. I have never had that experience at any hotel. We were grateful the beds were clean and comfortable at least. And the lobby was nice and clean as well.

The staff at the venue was very nice and helpful. They have an airport shuttle which is convenient since they’re right next to the airport. I have nothing but positive stuff to say about them.

Staff was pleasant and property is nice although in need of minor maintenance. We had to change rooms because of smoke smell.

I waited for 20 minutes to check in because the front desk worker was also the shutttle guy and was taking someone to airport. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, the ice machine was broke on first floor, and the pool was “out of order” which was very disappointing because we had a toddler.
