I-74 莫頓凱藝飯店(Quality Inn Morton at I-74)

The first room smelled like a cleaning chemical but the second one was nice. Vegetarian breakfast was quite good with hot sausage, tasty flat egg, full sized yogurts and good little pastries. Yogurts had a lot of carbs though. Staff were pleasant. Luckily one of the many pillows was flat enough to use.

The room was about 50 degrees when we checked in (20 degrees outside). We had to keep our coats on for the first hour. We arrived after dark and the first three lights we tried in the room did not work. The front desk was unable to provide replacement light bulbs. There was food left in the microwave. The bathroom mirror had not been cleaned. There is black mold on the bathroom tile grout above the shower. We figured out that the lights did not work because the 3-way light switches at the two doors are wired incorrectly.

I would humbly recommend brewing a good cup of coffee. It doesn't cost that much more and patrons will appreciate it. Also, the breakfast food choices are a bit bland.

This is a nice little hotel: the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was disappointing: the eggs and sausage and biscuit had no taste and were completely dried out.

My wife and I stay here anytime we pass through. The staff are friendly, kind, and helpful. We enjoy the bed firmness (just right) and the easy on and off from the interstate. The price is reasonable.

It felt like there was dirt in the bed, which was very hard. There was no coffee at breakfast & the attendant didn’t know how to replace the bag.

Great stay, friendly, quiet, comfortable, affordable. Will stay again.

Although the floors "looked" clean, after walking barefoot on them made our feet black!!!! Which makes me wonder about everything else.
