優秀的住宅公寓位於一個非常多元化的區域，一切都很方便。沒有任何機會抱怨酒店和當地的景色。我和我的家人都很喜歡這個房間。所有的客房服務人員、廚師、接待員等飯店管理人員都受過良好的教育，並提供瞭如此熱情的款待和服務。我不介意每次都住在同一家飯店

さすが世界のハイアット。 特にお掃除レディのMs.Sunitha& Ms.Hiraの丁寧なお仕事ぶりには感動します。 毎回浴室、鏡、机周りをピカピカにしてくれるのは勿論、子供たちが一緒に寝ているぬいぐるみを一緒に可愛くベッドメイキングしてくれます！ 一度お願いしたら次から何も言わずともやってくれていたり細やかな配慮が素晴らしい。 混雑時はエレベーターを待つこともあるけど、ホテルとレジデンスの建物が別なのでレジデンスの住人しかエレベーターを使わないのと待ち時間も私はそこまで気にならない。 洗濯機が古め、冷蔵庫が小さく霜がすぐできること以外は完璧です。 何軒かホテルレジデンスを経験しているお友達もこちらはとても快適だと言っています。 As expected from the world-famous Hyatt. Not only do they make the bathroom, mirror, and desk sparkling clean every time, but they also make the beds so that the stuffed animals our kids sleep with! After asking something them once, they do it without having anything the next time, and their attention to detail is wonderful. When it's busy, you may have to wait for the elevator, but since the hotel and residences are in separate buildings, only residents use the elevator, so I don't mind the wait that much. The washing machine is old, the refrigerator, so other than that it's perfect. My friends who have stayed in several hotel residences also say here is very comfortable.

Les membres du personnel sont tres accueillant et au petit soins, toujours disponible. Mention special pour Sunita et Pawan. Hotel impeccable, séjour tres agréable, je le recommande vivement. Tout est fait pour être mit à l’aise. À refaire.

Bel hôtel bien situé proche de l aéroport, du vieux Dubai et de Dubai mall/burj khalifa. Accueil très professionnel , chambres spacieuses (nous avions une suite). Petit déjeuner très bien fourni par contre dîner très/trop minimaliste et aussi les horaires restreints (18-20h).
