the keys did not work I had to have 7 keys re done to get into my room, each time trying to get in to have to go back to the front desk from the 5th floor 6 times. The key did not work a the front gate again wasting time to have to park your car . get out and wait in line for another key, the last day they said just go to the gate and get out and come in and well go and open it again wasting time. the desk was often unmanned again adding to the wait

The bathroom light didn't work and it was late when got to the room and just needed to get to bed and not deal with hotel staff. Disappointed that cleaning staff didn't report the light broken so it could have been fixed before it was assigned to a new guest!

Was welcoming inside. Outside area is a little run down but it isnt the hotels fault.

Long day on the highway, so nice to pull in to this familiar hotel. I stayed here a week ago. There were no rooms ready (extra busy checkouts and checkins) I was given a bottle of water to have while sitting in the lobby and it took just a few minutes for someone to come find me and check me in. The restaurant bar staff are very good.

Stained carpets in the room was my only issue. Love the courtyard and the secure parking area. Will likely stay there again.

The property was well maintained and nice. The customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, the street people living outside of the parking compound made it a bit uncomfortable.

I got my shoes stolen from my room. When I when to make the official complaint, the staff from the counter to the manager had 0 customer service. To start, they never got back to me with an official response after I called the front desk multiple times. On the checkout day, they told me to wait for the manager, how after 20 min. never came out and I end up leaving because I had a plane to catch.

1. Confusion by front desk staff on reservation resulted in one day not having room properly "restocked" (coffee, cups, towels)
2. For the price and the overall accommodations was not pleased they do not offer complimentary breakfast (my fault as I did not notice when I made reservations); regardless...for the price would have expected complimentary breakfast. Will rtn to Yakima in future but will avoid this particular HI if I am able.

We stopped in Yakima to visit my brother briefly, and this hotel was in the perfect location. Room was really comfortable and spacious. The restaurant downstairs has great food and provides a delicious breakfast (not included unless you pay ahead, though). Very kind and helpful staff througho9ut the hotel and restaurant.

We made reservations for this Hotel months in advance. The day of, we drove 6 hours and were very tired when we arrived. While checking in we were told that they didn't have any rooms, even though WE HAD A RESERVATION. They said that they overbooked and we would need to go to another hotel. We had already paid for the room so they said they would cover the cost. Our original reservation included a dog friendly room and breakfast. At the new hotel, we were charged the deposit for a dog friendly room and spent almost $100 for breakfast at a nearby (not fancy) restaurant. Ridiculous customer service. Would never make a reservation here again.
