很棒的住宿幾天的業務..工作人員非常擅長照顧有所有需求的團隊。食物很棒(如果選擇有限),湖對面的景色很可愛,房間也很安靜似乎從以前的評論中吸取了教訓,並增加了一個粉絲。這不是酒店招待員的那種,所以如果這是你需要的,前往其他地方,但有現場停車場,早餐不錯,靠近山,值得入住!

I booked a three night stay here for myself and son aged 2.5. I found the journey from Zurich airport easy. I took the train to HB then changed to a train to Brunnen. I did switch at Zug. Then the 504 bus to the hotel was 10 minutes from Brunnen station. Overall it took just under 2 hours. There was some confusion at check in. I booked via ********** and assumed I was in the hotel. I was not aware there were apartments, and these are treated differently from hotel guests. After discussing this with management, we agreed I could pay an additional fee to be treated as a hotel guest. This was much better as it included full board food for my son, breakfast for both of us, towels/robes and lots more extras. Had I just been in the apartment, I would have had to check out at 10am whereas hotel/hostel is 11am. Also check in for apartments is at 4pm whereas hotel/hostel in 3pm. Breakfast is charged at CHF 27 per person/per day and children’s meals are CHF 9 per meal. Also, the gym is charged at CHF 15 per person/per day. As you can see it can get very expensive. I found the apartment to be very spacious and comfortable. It was frustrating having to navigate finding the apartment in the dark as the signs were not clear and it was difficult to navigate some steps with the buggy. The restaurant was great for the children’s meals/ Plenty to choose from. The restaurants did get busy but I never booked and was always able to get a table. At lunch I did not want to eat so little one only ate, I felt like the waitresses did not like this and kept asking if I wanted to order something. The kids facilities are the best. The play area is great with lots of fun toys. Sadly parents let their children run unsupervised but that’s not the hotels fault. Ethan also went to TOM’s Happy Club one morning whilst I went to the gym. The pool was also great. Plenty to keep the children entertained. We also enjoyed the cinema room. There isn’t much local to the hotel unless you have a car but we were only there for a few days so it was ok for us. Overall I would recommend this hotel for families. So much to keep children happy. Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal auf der Durchreise in diesem wunderbaren familiären Hotel. Die Zimmer sind individuell modern gestaltet und sauber. Das Hotel ist sehr gut von der Autobahn erreichbar, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was wir brauchten. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker, sowohl der Gastraum als auch der Frühstücksraum sind modern dezent gestaltet. Kurz ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen und Ausruhen nach einer langen Autofahrt. Das Hotelier Ehepaar ist sehr herzlich und kümmert sich um alle Wünsche. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich habe das Höhenhotel über meinen Geburtstag besucht. Der Empfang war nett, zuvorkommend in Bezug auf den angefragten Zimmerwechsel, aufmerksam im Restaurant. Ich habe mich sehr über die Aufmerksamkeit im Zimmer zu meinem Geburtstag gefreut, wie auch den dekorierten Tisch. ☺️ Das Frühstücksbüffet wie auch das Halbpensionsmenü waren sehr gut und ausreichend. Beim HP Menü hat man sogar die Möglichkeit, den ein oder anderen Gang auszutauschen. Toll! Die Aussicht vom Zimmer und vom Park auf den See und die Berge sind atemberaubend. Das Hotel liegt etwas oberhalt von Emmetten. Das Hotel bieten flexibel einen Shuttle an, der die Gäste zum Hotel oder ins Dorf bringen. Kostenlos. Tolle Dienstleistung. Hallenbad und Dampfbad sind sehr sauber. Im Hallenbad ist es recht laut, was wahrscheinlich so sein muss. Das ist etwas schade. Eine Sauna wäre schön. In meinem Quality Time Package war eine Massage mit dabei. Die war ok. Nächstes Mal würde ich jedoch eine Frau für die Behandlung bevorzugen. Das ganze Personal war durchwegs freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal im Seeblick Höhenhotel.

I stayed at the Swiss Chalet Merlischachen on a friend’s recommendation as I wanted to avoid a touristy location and experience a typical Swiss hotel. This was exactly what I wanted, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and the hotel had a great lawn facing the lake and was very active in the evening. The room was a very small one and had no attached toilets, but was ok for a one-night stay.
