房間內有美麗,乾淨,新鮮的木頭氣味。淋浴很棒。整個設施很漂亮,乾淨,在瑞士的一座山頂上服務很棒。帶你到小屋的纜車太酷了,景色最好。在funicar入口山下有停車場,14法郎/天。小屋就在纜車旁邊。自助早餐真的很好品質額外收費。美麗的徒步小徑。這家旅館一切都很完美。強烈推薦。

靠近湖邊，從蘇黎世機場過去超級折騰，又是火車又是公交的，大概花了2個小時把...有點累~後面知道了在盧塞恩坐船過來會沒這麼折騰，而且船還舒服點~ 房間還挺大的，但是我覺得房門不是很好，感覺鎖上也很容易被打開，自己帶了防盜神器。 前天工作人員雖然會回到你的問題，但是感覺很不耐煩的態度。有一天白天的清潔人員打掃房間，把我枕巾眼罩都放在牀上，居然把我的睡衣放在牀墊底下，害的我找了半天，還找前台說我睡衣不見了，很是不滿意！！！ 早餐很好吃，尤其是蜂巢，推薦，就餐環境也很美~去瑞吉山也很方便，推薦大家去瑞吉山上山坐小火車，下來做纜車，有個套票的，而且酒店給的券可以打折~

我嘗試過5分之4,但需要誠實。酒店不負責景色,景觀彌補了很多酒店中的負面。入住非常友好,速度很快,我們到達後不超過5分鐘,就在4樓拿到了房間的鑰匙。停車有點搜索,因爲我們週日中午到達,顯然這是在那家酒店吃午飯的流行時間。我們住的房間在4樓,是帶湖景的標間。房間很小!洗臉盆在房間,淋浴和廁所是分開的,但真的空間也很小!如果你有2個,而且有行李,那麼房間就完全被填滿了,沒有空間儲存任何東西。有通風器,但沒有空調。但是可以,我們可以打開窗戶,湖面上的清風進入房間,但是蚊子也進來了!所以也許他們可以在窗戶前面放一些蚊帳?房間內有水,但是電源線很短,所以唯一能用的地方就是洗臉盆,但是不是很穩定。牀不舒適,硬,枕頭也不存在。wifi不錯,速度很快!然後是早餐。這是自助餐,但很有限。一些麪包需要切開自己,可以,但可維德?剩下的只是一些奶酪和肉,一些甜的東西,就這樣。咖啡是機器的,果汁是水龍頭的。還可以,但並不難忘。我們沒有在這裏吃晚餐,因爲我們看了一些評論,看了其他客人點什麼,比較了價格,我們決定不這樣做。退房其實不是退房,只是付了賬單,就這樣。前台代理人沒有問我們住宿到底是怎麼樣的,還是一點也不感興趣。所以,在這種價格水平上,我非常不喜歡酒店。景色和位置都是無價的,這是事實。但是就像酒店管理沒有激情。這有點令人傷心。

Really lovely hotel that exceeded expectations. The room was big and clean. The kitchenette in particular was useful to have, and pots, pans, cutlery, etc were provided when requested. Shirete was an amazing, welcoming receptionist, incredibly helpful - no request was too much. The hotel is also situated in a great location if you want to visit Lucerne, Zurich and even Interlaken. Also a fantastic location for views of Mt Rigi. Would definitely stay here again for future central Switzerland visits.

I booked a three night stay here for myself and son aged 2.5. I found the journey from Zurich airport easy. I took the train to HB then changed to a train to Brunnen. I did switch at Zug. Then the 504 bus to the hotel was 10 minutes from Brunnen station. Overall it took just under 2 hours. There was some confusion at check in. I booked via ********** and assumed I was in the hotel. I was not aware there were apartments, and these are treated differently from hotel guests. After discussing this with management, we agreed I could pay an additional fee to be treated as a hotel guest. This was much better as it included full board food for my son, breakfast for both of us, towels/robes and lots more extras. Had I just been in the apartment, I would have had to check out at 10am whereas hotel/hostel is 11am. Also check in for apartments is at 4pm whereas hotel/hostel in 3pm. Breakfast is charged at CHF 27 per person/per day and children’s meals are CHF 9 per meal. Also, the gym is charged at CHF 15 per person/per day. As you can see it can get very expensive. I found the apartment to be very spacious and comfortable. It was frustrating having to navigate finding the apartment in the dark as the signs were not clear and it was difficult to navigate some steps with the buggy. The restaurant was great for the children’s meals/ Plenty to choose from. The restaurants did get busy but I never booked and was always able to get a table. At lunch I did not want to eat so little one only ate, I felt like the waitresses did not like this and kept asking if I wanted to order something. The kids facilities are the best. The play area is great with lots of fun toys. Sadly parents let their children run unsupervised but that’s not the hotels fault. Ethan also went to TOM’s Happy Club one morning whilst I went to the gym. The pool was also great. Plenty to keep the children entertained. We also enjoyed the cinema room. There isn’t much local to the hotel unless you have a car but we were only there for a few days so it was ok for us. Overall I would recommend this hotel for families. So much to keep children happy. Situato in un edificio industriale su una strada principale, quindi puo essere un po' rumoroso. Avevo una stanza sul lato del cortile e quindi sicuramente più silenziosa. Le camere sono molto spaziose, eccetto il bagno, forse un po' piccolino e scuro e un po' ”antiquato” in contrasto con la stanza. La colazione a buffet completa e veramente per tutti i gusti.
