My husband and I travel a lot. We stay at different hotels with a very well bagged service dog and never had any issues.
We had our service animal with us this time as well.
When we got to the hotel we told them about our dog, the manager explained that they would not be charging us.
The next day they called us, told us that they would be charging us for the animal, with no explanation why, and just charged it on our credit card.
It was very unpleasant experience, on top of not very nice and clean rooms, and unfriendly staff.
