岩石景套房飯店(Rockview Inn and Suites)

when we arrived the staff was friendly. i did not know there was going to be an extra charge for my dogs but only charged 40 for both. when getting into the bed there were spots that were wet. like maybe the sheets had not been dry all the way before the bed was made. no smell. just wet cold spots. staff brought more blankets. i have not decided whether i will stay here again.

The room was large with two beds and room for a two person table for dinner. I appreciate the microwave and fridge. The water pressure was poor but it’s like that in morro and not fault of the hotel. I’d stay there again since it is pet friendly. I would suggest expanding their green space to accommodate pet potty areas

Hotel was a good basic place to rest up for the night. Location was the best feature! Short walk to a lot of good restaurants and the coast. Air conditioner/heater was a bit loud and blows right onto the bed, but other than that it was ok.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The room was very very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to local attractions shopping and dining. Overall great experience with this hotel

I try to always stay at this hotel. The female owner who runs the office is always nice and pleasant. This is this is the 1st time that I have have any issue with this hotel. On my 1st morning there, I went to take a shower close to 11 am and only had luke warm water at best but plenty of hot water the next day and in the evenings. On my 2nd morning (and last), there were construction guys making noise on the roof and woke me up around 8. I know this was a 1 time event as they bringing in new furniture so I'm assuming other improvements as well but could have waited a little later since they had guests staying there but overall, I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I travel a lot. We stay at different hotels with a very well bagged service dog and never had any issues. We had our service animal with us this time as well. When we got to the hotel we told them about our dog, the manager explained that they would not be charging us. The next day they called us, told us that they would be charging us for the animal, with no explanation why, and just charged it on our credit card. It was very unpleasant experience, on top of not very nice and clean rooms, and unfriendly staff.

This room was perfect! Clean comfortable and walkable to the rock/beach/dining. Microwave and large mini frig as well as a single cup coffee maker in the room. We will definitely stay here again when I visit my son.

Great lil place to stay. I wish they had a tub stopper so I could of taken a bath. Other than that perfect for one night. Very, very quiet location
